It couldn't have been a better experience. The condo was in great condition and the appliances were well kept. We enjoyed the pool view and the beach is only right across the street which is very slow on traffic and close to everything. Me, my daughter and husband had a great relaxing time and wish we could have stayed longer. The weather was beautiful, hardly any rain and Warren was great with communication. Thanks so much for the great memories!

Best Spring Break with Family

Just got back home from our vacation down in Gulf Shores. We wanted to say thank you and we had a really nice time at your place. Everything was great and we just liked everything about it! The location was great being away from all of the rest of the congestion of east beach. The restaurants and shopping was only a 4 minute drive. Everything was fully stocked in the kitchen to accomodate settings for 8 people. The beds were very comfortable and all the furnishings were modern. The location of the condo was perfect in the complex because the wind blows from the east so there was no wind blowing on the balcony.The kids also loved going down every morning to the pier to feed the birds. Communication with the owner was great. We will definitely go back and stay there again when it is available. Looking forward to our next trip to Gulf Shores.

Wonderful condo. Loved being on the 7th floor as the view from the balcony (and even going out the front door) was terrific! All the appliances were working and we had everything we needed. The condo was clean and very pretty. People at the complex were great. Watched the sunset from the docks. Great access to the beach. We liked being a little farther down the beach, away from the bulk of college students. Easy to get to the various sights and restraurants. We really enjoyed Cosmos. My parents appreciated seeing the gulf and the trip. Thanks so much for sharing your condo with us!

Great view of the Little Lagoon from the deck. Owners seem very nice and easy to work with. We did have difficulty accessing the internet from the unit. Other than that it is a very nice unit. Easily accessible with the elevator. It was clean and location is convenient to local attractions. We had a lot of cloudy rainy weather during our stay so did not get to use the beautiful pool deck area. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Never Again

Warren was very easy to deal with. The location is ideal, the condo development was well kept up, but the condo itself is in serious need of a major update. All the upholstered furniture and bedspreads should be replaced as they are terribly stained. The deck furniture was filthy. The kitchen is not well equipped with cooking utensils. Dishes, pots and pans in the cupboards were dirty. Internet connection is not available 70% of the time. Would not recommend this condo as many are available in the area for the same price.

Owner response:First thing to note, we will respond quickly to make sure our guests are happy. That's why this one really hurts, as we never heard a complaint from Sidney. We stay here ourselves so of course we want to keep it nice! But to make sure, we are deep cleaning again, and replacing bedspreads. We've cooked in the kitchen and made everything you could want for our family of 4. If you come there and find something else you need, let us know in advance and we'll reimuburse you for the purchase Not sure about the internet connection as that's an association issue. It's been fairly reliable when we stay there.

Hi Warren, Just wanted to let you know that we really enjoyed your place in Gulf Shores. This was our kids first trip to the beach and they had so much fun as did my husband and myself. Some great memories were made and look forward to many more down there.

Our family had a great time at this lovely condo! The photos of the place tell the story. We enjoyed the beautiful pool, the gorgeous beach is just across a small, very little traveled road, the tennis courts were fun and my son fished off the pier every night. The condo was clean and well maintained. We really had a great time! The owners are very helpful and friendly; easy to communicate with. We would recommend this property to friends and family.

Condo was clean, excellent view of the Lagoon and tropical pool areas. Short walk across the street to the Private beach. Beach was clean and water was beautiful. This is a must stay Condo in Gulf Shores. Thanks.....See you again soon!!

We loved our stay. Every where you turned there were gorgeous views of the pool, the lagoon or the gulf! The pool was beautifully landscaped and designed so that the baby pool was in the shade in the afternoon. The quiet dock even had seating that was a great spot to watch the sunset. And, the beach had that perfect soft white sand and beautifully clear and warm water. We definitely want to come back.

If you are looking for a great condo while in Gulf Shores, this is the one. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our vacation. Condo was very clean and up-to-date. Bed was comfortable, too (which doesn't happen often when you re away from home). I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a "home away from home".

My boys and I have just returned from this property and had a great time. The convience of the pool was great after a long day in the ocean. The atmosphere was very family oriented, with a lot of kids and my boys had a great time getting to know some of them (they are even facebooking already). Dear Warren & Paula, Thanks for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo. We always have fun in Gulf Shores and this time was no exception. Having both the pool and beach area available to us was a plus. We had 3 high school senior girls with us and they enjoyed their time in the sun and they did the bungee jump at The Track. The old moms (Sue and I)even went parasailing! It was so much fun. Your condo had everything we needed and was a short drive to all the activities at the main intersecton, restaurants, and stores. I will be sure to spread the word to our friends and family about this year's spring break destination. Thanks again!

Warren and Paula: Thank you so very much for allowing us to use your home for our Gulf Shores vacation. We had a great time - the condo worked out perfectly - loved the pool area and the beach across the street was not crowded - so we really liked that. Was very convenient to shopping and restaurants. We especially liked Bahama Bob's, the Pink Pony Pub, and the restaurant located on the beach - Sea and Suds (I think that was the name) - Will definetly want to stay at your condo on our next visit to the Beach!! Again, your condo was wonderful and was in a great location - thank you very much!!!!
