"Bonita Baby" is an upscale beach home with the best of both worlds - sophisticated décor, yet perfect for infants & toddlers. Comes fully equipped with crib & Pac 'n play with linens, baby bathtub, high chair (with plastic bib, sippy cups, & utensils), booster seat, strollers, diaper champ, & even tons of toys(Baby Bach DVDs & videos)! All cabinets have child-proof locks, if you so desire, & the stairs are gated at top & bottom. There is even a portable gate to use wherever. You do not have to pack the whole house to come to the beach! Or, if you are without children, everything for kids is concealed in one closet.
Downstairs beach closet has it all: Beach towels, beach chairs/umbrella, coolers, tons of beach toys (balls, buckets, shovels, nets, etc), floats, & boogie boards. Just bring your suits & head to the beach on our complimentary beach tram, take the very short walk to the pool (4 houses away) while towing your kids in our red wagon or jump on the 8 complimentary beach bikes with the childrens' bike trailer & cruise the area to local shops, restaurants & The Villages at Seacrest dancing fountain(a favorite of all kids)!

Large, open, living area downstairs features ten-foot ceilings, Silestone breakfast bar, dining table, two comfortable sofas, & several chairs for relaxing. Kitchen is generously furnished with all amenities. Spacious wraparound porches on front, back, & side of house are perfect places to enjoy a cool drink in the Adirondack chairs & swing.
Or enjoy a shrimp cocktail at one of the bistro tables while listening to a Jimmy Buffet CD on surround sound that is indoor & outdoor. Upstairs wetbar w/ refrigerator & coffee maker next to huge 2nd floor deck. The gas grill is out back next to the outdoor shower, the garden chairs, & birdbath. Owner lives in town & loves gardening, so there are always potted flowers on porches and blooms in the back!
House is 2500+ sq ft with four bedrooms & four-and-one-half baths. The house will sleep 11 in traditional beds, plus there is a full Aerobed. Quality linens furnished in all bedrooms & bathrooms. Floors are hardwood except in upstairs bedrooms (Berber carpet) & tile in bathrooms. Laundry room is downstairs.
