Warm hospitality was extended by the owners & without a doubt, we would recommed a stay at Bonita Baby to our friends. The photos give you only a glimpse of the property as it is even lovelier in person. It is well-deocrated, clean, comfortable and has all of the comforts of home. Everything you need is there which makes the travel so much easier. We had eight girls living in the upstairs area with plenty of showers for all. The living area downstairs is plentiful with room to stretch out & relax. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking for a crowd (cutting boards, pots & pans, casseroles, serving trays, 14 plates, bowls, plenty of glasses, coffee mugs & utensils) & the grocery stores are very close & convenient. The Adirondack chairs on the front porch are perfect for morning coffee & the newspaper(which is available within a quick bike ride or stroll). The upstairs balcony is a charming place to sit in the evenings. Very comfortable home. We enjoyed the beach bikes immensely w/ trips to Seacrest Sundries for chips & drinks & Rosemary Beach for homemade cookies. (Note: there are bike trails all along the stretch of Hwy 30-A) Also, fun to ride around the Seacrest property, which is very kid-friendly. The beach tram ride to the beach is ULTRA- convenient and the available beach chairs provided by the owner are a HUGE plus! The beach was beautiful! And, the pool was in very close walking distance. A GREAT POOL for young & old alike. We loved having ice cream at Pickles while at the art festival at Seaside. There is so much to enjoy here and a stay at Bonita Baby will make it easy. I would also recommend Shades for casual dining and for the sports enthusiast- just down the road beyond Rosemary Beach. It was the perfect trip - great weather, great area, great house! We will be looking for an opportunity to return.

Bonita Baby was a perfect beach home for our family vacation! We had plenty of room for our family of 8. The bedrooms were just right for us and we had plenty of bathrooms. The house is very beautifully decorated. Everything we could have wanted was provided in the home. The beach toys and pool floats were great. The pool is beautiful and a quick walk from the house. We rode the bikes everynight. The house was very clean. We dined at the Spicy Noodle just down the rode and the Publix supermarket was close. We called the gulf cart to take us to the beach which was very convenient. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots and pans and dishes. Thank you so much! We can't wait to come next year!

We had a great week in this beautiful house. Our grand girls loved the childrens' rooms, and we loved the big master bedroom. There was plenty of room for everyone. It was so comfortable and clean, and had many extra touches we all enjoyed. The neighborhood is great and it was nice to be able to walk to restaurants and shops.

Our family had a wonderful experience in this lovely beach home. Bonita Baby is in very close proximity to the pool and the tram service makes trips to the beach convenient. Our girls were delighted with the bedroom decor and all the toys. We had a great beach vacation and would definitely choose this location again.

What a beautiful home and vacation spot! Bonita Baby was perfect for the two families. The location to the pool and beaches was perfect. The home was exceptionally decorated and stocked with many extras! Sean and Laynee, thanks for sharing this gem of a place with us and making it so easy to rent!

We were looking for a house that would accomondate our three kids plus a friend each. Bonita Baby turned out to be the perfect house for us! We had two 10 yo boys, two 13 yo girls and two 18 yo girls. The bedrooms fit us perfectly and everyone had their own bath which is a huge bonus. The house is absolutely beautifully decorated. We are definitely thinking about renting again. Thanks for such a great time!

We LOVED Bonita Baby! My whole family (2 grown children with spouses and 1 teenager) had a great vacation. We had 2 ten month old babies and 4 children ages 6 to 10. We had everything we needed and more! Thank you for sharing your beautiful, restful beach house - we loved the porch and the wagon!

This was our first visit to both Seacrest and Bonita Bay Beach house. Our family had a great time. They didn't want to leave. The location to both the lagoona style pool and the beach was perfect. We would definitely come back again. The house was adorable.

We were the last of the Nashvillian's to reserve a house in Seacrest/Rosemary - but we couldn't have been more thrilled by our luck to get Bonita Baby. Laynee & Sean were so wonderful in helping us with sitters and places to go. The bikes were a #1 on my list. I had the most fun biking around with our 5 & 3 year old visiting friends, going to the beach, sight-seeing or going out to eat. The house was fabulous! EVERYTHING is there - and the McWilliams make sure that you feel completely at home. The front porch was so great to just sit watch the sun set and have the end of day cocktail. Thank you for everything - we shall return!

Best rental I have ever rented! Decor was VERY SOPHISTICATED and beach closet did have it all,beach tram was great,short walk to pool was great and favorite was very nice grassy area to throw baseball/football with my 7 year old twin boys. The pink room will cost me for one of my daughters took pictures...potted flowers were great touch..only negitive was no go carts or putt putt within 30 minutes.Will visit Sea Crest again nicer than all surrounding areas by far. What an incredible place! Our entire family stayed, my husband, three children, two son-in-laws and three grandchildren. It is perfect for a family vacation. The baby/child friendly atmosphere is so convenient. The house is beautiful and the grounds are unbelieveable. We made so many pictures and have told everyone about it. This is an awesome house for anyone but especially if you are bringing children. This house has EVERYTHING so that you can pack light! The bedrooms all feel very private, and each has it's own bathroom. The kitchen has all of the dishes that you will need, but if you don't feel like cooking there are some GREAT restaurants in the area. This is a top notch rental!

We had a wonderful family get together for all the girls in our family. We loved the beautifully decorated house and the Seacrest community. It was the first time we didn't stay beachside but b/c of the tram service, it was not a problem. The pool is great and LOVED the bikes!!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect, decorated very cute. The kids loved it, definitely the best place for infants or toddlers. Our older boys loved the playstation and the DVD players. Nice short walk to the pool. Would love to stay again. Very nice,laid back family place to relax. Thank you Laynee for making our trip so nice and sharing such a beautiful home.

Our vacation at the "Bonita Baby" was nothing short of a dream! For the past 9 years, our family has traveled to the area for some R & R. Never before have we done so with so much ease. The house was decorated so beautifully that it literally took our breath away and the ammenities were incredible. We have 3 children all under the age of 5 and the "Bonita Baby" was a huge hit with them. It was "child proofed" better than my own home so the children were free to move about and play with the numerous toys found in almost every room.Toys are stored in large closets and out of the way so the children felt as if they were on a treasure hunt with each discovery. This was the first year we did not actually stay in a beach front condo and we didn't miss a thing about it. The quietness of the neighborhood and the spaciousness of the home made us feel like we truly could relax. And we had a blast on the bikes! Not even having to pack sippy cups or a portable crib was definately a highlight...vacation was just what it should be..a mental BREAK and we thank the "Bonita Baby" for providing us with that. We can't wait to stay here next year! Thanks Bonita Baby!

FANTASTIC! As the mother of a 2 year old and a 20 month old, you can't ask for anything better. We packed our clothes and bathing suits and nothing else. Everything else we needed for the babies was waiting for us. Packing for this trip was heaven. The place is gorgeous. Every room is beautifully decorated and you feel like your in a home away from home. We could walk to the pool, walk to the beach and walk to restaurants and shopping. You can't ask for anything better. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "Bonita Baby". We have a 2-year-old and it was so nice having a child-friendly house, not to mention all the toys, movies, beds, strollers, etc. already there! We had a wonderful vacation here! What a great house. All we really needed to pack was a swimsuit! Everything else was already waiting for us. The beds and linens were such a treat. I haven't slept that well in...forever! The pool is just fantastic. You have to see it to believe it. Thank you so much for providing such a quality vacation rental. Everything was truly A+. We couldn't have asked for more.

This is the most FABULOUS Beach house ever!!!You must rent for the summer!! It has everything and more than I have ever seen in a beach house. We rented bikes, had ice cream, swam in the most beautiful pool ever, and enjoyed the upstairs at night. I am telling you this house is the best kept secret ever!!!!!

Fantastic beach rental!! Better than a home away from home with all the necessities provided and lots of extras. Perfect place to stay with a beautiful beach, fantastic (HUGE) pool, and great location near shopping and restaurants. This wonderful home had all the necessary items for the babies in our group making things much easier. Will definitely stay here again!!! STRONGLY RECOMMEND!!!
