Ideally located between Fort Myers and Punta Gorda, the amenities of Naples, Sarasota, Sanibel, Captiva, and Pine Island await. Easy distance from both airports in Sarasota and Fort Myers.
You'll find the wonderful club area with a marble stairway, fully equipped Cybex, free weight and elliptical workout area, beautiful club room and 14-seat home theater. The clubroom leads immediately to an expansive pool area overlooking the marina and gulf. Large outdoor grills for cookouts and group outings.
Upon entering your residence you'll be greeted by a bright halogen lighting system in the atrium. A Swarovski crystal chandelier adorns the dining area. The kitchen is equiped with GE Gold appliances. Three dining options are first in the tradional dining area, second, the screened lanai and third, the open air terrace , which is unusual for SW Florida and a great option for entertaining.
The master bedroom is in white with a king bed and overlooks the gulf. Sailboats, yachts and fishing boats will pass by your window during the day. The guest bedroom is in a dark Hemingway type decor with a queen sleigh bed. Both bedrooms have pillowtop mattresses for your comfort. Two more can sleep on sleeper sofa in the den with 6" mattress.
The master bathroom has a marble tub to rest and soak. Showering is in a large open hingeless walk-in. Both bathrooms have retractable hair dyers.
LCD televisions are in the bedrooms and living room. A large rear projection tv is in the den. And if kids come to visit a Playstation 2 system is there to entertain them.
Shopping is extraordinary in Sarasota (St. Armand's Circle), the Fort Myers Malls and Miramar outlet, Sanibel and Captiva Islands. In Naples you'll find the Waterside shops, Fifth Avenue and Old Naples on Third. Art browsing on Matlacha (Pine Island), Fisherman's Village and downtown Punta Gorda are alot of fun , too.
World-class fishing for tarpon, redfish, snapper, snook, and trout are near your door. Go to the beaches of Fort Myers, Port Charlotte or take a day trip to Englewood, Placida and Boca Grande (pictured). Walk the beaches and you never know, it may be a great day for shelling or.....finding a few shark teeth too.
