Thank you for visiting my listing! I look forward to having you visit my lovely contemporary home which initially was a simple ranch, but was modified with the help of a very talented Island architect that added contemporary flair to the home. I am sure you will thoroughly enjoy yourselves here, relax and unwind, and learn all that the Vineyard has to offer, which must include a visit to my new farm, Island Alpaca Company.
The home is open and bright, with two bedrooms, both with queen-sized beds. (crib and linens can be provided for a small additional fee.) The kitchen/living area is open with high cathedral ceilings, dining area, and breakfast bar, seating for four. Notice the terrific piano (Steinway baby grand) in the living room, front porch with table and chairs (umbrella too!).
This is a terrific, walk-to-town location (just about one mile) or take your bike to explore the neighborhood. The Island transit bus is just one minute from the front door; Jump on board to travel to any point on the island circuit. A car is certainly not necessary, but suggested for added convenience.
A lovely public beach on Lake Tashmoo is a five-minute ride away by car, or take the bikes for about a ten- to 15-minute ride meandering through the trails and lovely passages.
You will also find tennis courts in the neighborhood too!
Sleep cot available upon request. Smoke free, pets considered. Perfect for a single, two couples or a family.

Home is available Year Round for Weekly & Monthly (weekends off season).
Rates are from $700-$1800/week; June & July. $1,800 for August.
$500 Security Deposit, Refunded within one to two weeks.
Small additional fee for pets and for cleaning.
