This designer-appointed, two-story, 2000-plus-square-foot home offers ocean views from nearly every room! It is situated just high enough for gorgeous, 180-degree ocean vistas, and low enough to allow its guests a ten-minute walk to either the beach or downtown. Each story has its own living area, bedroom (bottom floor has 2), full bath, and wraparound deck overlooking the tropical backyard and ocean. The large, multi-tiered backyard is a great place to get sun, have dinner, or just enjoy the tropical atmosphere.

The master suite includes a large "walk-through" closet, 42 inch Flat Screen LCD T.V., private deck off the bedroom, separate shower/ jacuzzi tub, and high-speed internet access.

There are four TVs, including one 60-inch High Definition TV in the top story living area.

The home includes many designer touches such as bamboo wood flooring, granite counter tops, original art pieces, hand-crafted tile bathrooms, entertaining servingware, etc.

  • This is a home, not a hollowed out sterile environment. The owner was accessible, pleasant, informative, and gave one a feeling of being welcomed. The photos do not do it justice. It is better. I would recommend this rental to a friend, so long as they did not compete with my ability to rent it in the future!

  • We stayed in this Laguna Beach house last February for a week. The house was absolutely wonderful and perfect for our needs. Communicating with Jill, the owner, was so easy. She responded to all emails immediately and even acommodated us with a pack 'n play for our baby. We would definitely stay in Jill's house again!!
