This elegant, newly furnished and fully equipped single family home (1460 square feet, nine-foot ceilings) is situated in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the seven golf courses and four multi-million dollar recreation centers offered by this Del Webb Adult Community.

As you enter the home, you’ll see a beautiful living room featuring the most comfortable sectional sofa, a gorgeous entertainment center with a 27 inch Sony flat screen cable TV, and a Sony DVD surround sound theatre system. You’ll enjoy many memorable moments in this fabulous room.

The large kitchen is fully furnished with high quality brand new appliances, and features that include pull-out shelves, granite countertops, a ceiling fan and striking tile flooring. The dining room has an oak table that can sit six people, a beautiful matching hutch and a ceiling fan.

The den is adjacent to the living room and is equipped with a desk for your computer, leather office chair and internet access is available.

The luxurious and spacious Master Suite has a master bath with dual sinks/vanities, a large enclosed shower with built-in seat and a large walk-in closet. The master bedroom is furnished with a new king size pillow-top bed, a large dresser, two night stands, a 25 inch TV, telephone, alarm clock and a ceiling fan.

  • We certainly enjoyed our stay in Stan's house in SCW, AZ. Stan was quick to respond to any issues that arose and had them correctly immediately. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and has a very private backyard.

  • Last month (October, 07) my wife and stayed in this lovely home. This is one of the nicest rentals you will every stay in. Everything, I mean everything is planned and provided for your comfort and relaxation. From the silverware to the blankets and sheets you sleep on. The landord couldn't have offered us anything more. This house is clean, neat, situated perfectly and very, very quiet neighborhood. My wife and I would recommend this home very highly. We will definately stay here again. Thank you Mr. Landord for making our month a wonderful and pleasing experience.
