- This house sits on a corner lot, which is usually VERY quiet. We have several year round home owners in our neighborhood, so if you are loud - you'll be gone! We want to be good neighbors. Also, besides being on a corner lot we are on a cul-de-sac, so there isn't any through traffic. This is a unique amenity in Kitty Hawk. YMCA MEMBERSHIP IS ALSO INCLUDED FOR OUR GUESTS!!

- Smoking Not Allowed : There is a $300 fee assessed if we learn that our guests were smoking inside the home. Owners have allergies to smoke, so this isn't negotiable.

Our family stayed here last August and it was a great location being a short walk to the beach and in a great neighborhood. There is a ton of room for large families or several families to be together. We hope to go back ourselves!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Wonderful house with everything you might need. Very easy walking distance from the beach and location is everything. Very quite. Enjoyed our entire stay and hope to rent it again for next yeat
