- This house sits on a corner lot, which is usually VERY quiet. We have several year round home owners in our neighborhood, so if you are loud - you'll be gone! We want to be good neighbors. Also, besides being on a corner lot we are on a cul-de-sac, so there isn't any through traffic. This is a unique amenity in Kitty Hawk. YMCA MEMBERSHIP IS ALSO INCLUDED FOR OUR GUESTS!!

- Kid Friendly: We have 5 kids, so this home is quite kid friendly. Toddlers always can "discover" new fun, no matter how kid friendly a home may be.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Prefer Family Groups and Renters 25 and older
- Smoking Not Allowed: There is a $300 fee assessed if we learn that our guests were smoking inside the home. Owners have allergies to smoke, so this isn't negotiable.
