Located between Kings Beach and Tahoe City on the north shore of Lake Tahoe, this three bedroom/two bath with a loft north Tahoe vacation home has been so extensively remodeled (over $200,000) it is like new inside. The home features new wood wide plank floors, new kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances, corner rock fireplace, large flat screen TV in the living room, two decks with nice patio furniture, new hot tub on the back deck, walk in steam shower, Gas BBQ, free high speed wireless internet, and a pool table located in the loft. The sky lights and wood work give the home a bright feel. The bedding configuration in the home is:

During the summer months guests have access to a shared pier, buoys (as available by reservation), community swimming pool, grassy lawn area with snack bar, sand volleyball court, and tennis courts. The pool is open from mid-June to Labor Day. NOT ALL AGATE BAY HOMES HAVE FULL ACCESS TO THESE FACILITIES BUT THIS HOME HAS ACCESS TO EVERYTHING. The winter enthusiest will enjoy being close to Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Northstar-at-Tahoe, cross country skiing, and the jacuzzi tub and outdoor hot tub for apres ski. The summer oriented person will appreciate being close to world class hiking and biking trails, beaches, and the central location for easy access to both Kings Beach and Tahoe City.

Discount lift tickets are available for Northstar, Alpine Meadows, and Squaw Valley (Save $10-$14 on tickets).
This north Tahoe vacation is fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels equal to the maximum occupancy of the house, spa towels, pot/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, TV's & DVD's, washer & dryer, and barbeque. The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.

Why the Owner Chose Tahoe Vista
We enjoyed the central location to both Kings Beach and Tahoe City. We enjoy winter activities and we liked being close to Northstar, Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley. In the summer, we preferred being close to the sand beaches of Tahoe and the access to the community pool, tennis courts, and pier and buoy field.
The Unique Benefits at this House
You will enjoy how new everything is at the property including the furniture. This is not your typical rental home. We furnished and equipped the property as our second home and not as a rental home. As for the location, you will enjoy being close to everything (Kings Beach, Tahoe City, beaches, shopping, north shore casino's, ski areas).

We live in the bay area and purchased this home back in 1993. In 2006, we did a very extensive remodel to the home including kitchen, bath's, flooring, siding, roof, sky lights, added a back deck with hot tub, and remodeled the front deck. We hope you enjoy our home.
