Welcome to our Plantation Cottage! This fantastic gated community resort offers all the luxuries you can imagine. With wireless access to the internet, our tech friendly three bedroom, three bath home has a king size bed in the master suite and guest bedroom, the upstairs bedroom sleeps four people comfortably with two queen beds. All mattresses are upgraded for utmost comfort and a great night's sleep. Our kitchen is fully equipped for your dining pleasure! There is also a washer and dryer available for the guests. The living room has a 42" TV with DVD/VCR and stereo for entertaining. All bedrooms have private TVs with VCR/DVD players.
Enjoy the panoramic views on either one of the two porches, the back porch overlooks the 18th fairway of The Raven Golf Course. We are located only seconds from the Club House which is exclusive to Laurel Grove with a neighborhood pool, hot tub, workout facility and 2 outside barbeque grills with full indoor kitchen allowing you to enjoy the pool all day long.
No smoking and no pets are allowed at the house.
White sands and emerald waters make Sandestin beaches among the country’s finest, possibly the worlds! The Finz Restaurant is on the beach and frequently offers live bands at the tiki hut. A 5 minute drive to the beach or 10 minute bicycle ride finds you at the ocean or at Baytowne Wharf. The Wharf -very much of a hot spot offers shops and restaurants and icecream shoppes along with a pottery painting store for your artistic talents.
Sandestin is made up of 2400 acres with 7 miles of beach and bayfront, four championship golf courses, 16 tennis courts, a 98 slip marina and much more. Within the resort is the village of Baytowne that has 38 restaurants and bars, 51 fine shops, and a new playground designed by children for children. From the live entertainment to the outdoor festivities it is by far what resort vacationing is about. The Market at San Destin also offers a restaurant, fine boutique shopping and small gourmet grocer along with Starbucks coffee shop. The Grand Boulevard just east of us on the grounds offers a full scale grocery store, wine and liquor stores along with many restaurants and more boutique shopping.

Year Purchased: 2005
We purchased in Laurel Grove because we felt it offered a safe, friendly, family environment. We have been vacationing in San Destin for over seventeen years. My wife is in commercial real estate and I work in the furniture industry as a manufacturers representative. We maintain our property and have furnished it as if we were living there
fulltime.
Why the Owner Chose Laurel Grove
We bought in Laurel Grove because we felt it offered an unmatched family environment any where in San Destin. Laurel Grove has a family feel to it and our daughter meets other children to play with everytime we visit. It is safe and absolutely relaxing. There is nothing better than swimming in the gulf in the morning, relaxing at the pool in the afternoon followed by a barbecue on our back porch. We have over 2100 square feet of living space with a bedroom upstairs that gives kids their own place to play.
The Unique Benefits of this Cottage
Our Florida home is equipped with high speed internet wi-fi. We can keep in touch with work yet still decompress from the normal rat race. It is a joy to relax on our back deck and watch the wild life or the golfers on the 18th fairway across the lake.
