Just repainted May 2008!! Extremely nice unit that was furnished as our personal unit. We have now decided to list it with this company as a rental unit. Unit 2004 has a spacious oversized balcony that provides for great entertainment and enjoyment as you thrill over the view from the 20th floor. It is 1388 sq ft, very large compared to most 2 bedroom units in the area.
Assigned parking space in the covered parking deck. Gulf Crest has two swimming pools, hot tub and children's pool. Wireless internet access around the pools and cable internet access in the unit.
King size bed in the master bedroom, queen size bed in the second bedroom, bunk area provides sleeping space for two, and the sofa pulls out into a queen size bed.
Starting 1-1-09 the front desk is requiring a $20 non-refundable deposit at check-in for parking passes & arm bands for the pool area.
Must be 25 or older to rent.
