Extremely nice unit that was furnished as our personal unit. We have now decided to list it on VRBO as a rental unit. We are the owners & will be the people with whom you work - no rental agency to go through. Unit 2004 has a spacious oversized balcony that provides for great entertainment and enjoyment as you thrill over the view from the 20th floor. It is 1388 sq ft, very large compared to most 2 bedroom units in the Panama City Beach area.
Assigned parking space in the covered parking deck. Gulf Crest has two swimming pools, hot tub and children's pool. Wireless internet access around the pools and cable internet access in the unit.
King size bed in the master bedroom, queen size bed in the second bedroom, bunk area provides sleeping space for two, and the sofa pulls out into a queen size bed.
Starting 1-1-09 the front desk is requiring a $20 non-refundable deposit at check-in for parking passes & arm bands for the pool area.
Must be 25 or older to rent.

This condo is in a great location, convient to everything. It has been well maintained and clean. The owner was very easy and personable to work with, even though we were booking at the last minute. He made sure that the arrangements were complete. I would highly recommend this condo to my friends and family. I hope that we can rent it again in the near future. Thanks for the use of a beautiful condo and a GREAT PLACE TO STAY!

The condo is beautiful! There's plenty of room! The balcony is huge and the view is great! The parking space and condo is very convenient to the elevators! The price is great for what you get! We had no complaints! We will definitely stay there again!

We stayed here the week of June 4, 2011. The condo was just like the pictures in the listing. Everything was very nice and upscale. The view is awesome from every room of the condo. The entire condo was extremely clean. We had a great experience renting. The emails were answered very promptly; the owner was very easy to deal with. This condo was close to everything you need to do in Panama City Beach. We will definately be back to rent again next summer. This was our fifth trip to this area, and this was the best condo we have stayed in. The kitchen was huge; it is much larger than most other condos. Our kids loved the bunk beds, and eating meals on the balcony.

Hi this is the Musto's just got back from the beach this was our second time to lease the condo enjoyed every minute great location,view and very clean up to date furnishings also the owners are very easy to contact for any information available, and nice easy to talk to. I recommended to my doctor today they will call I'm sure. Pictures were accurate no false statements. We will return next year for our 32 anniversary no doubt. Don't miss Captain Andersons, Bonefish Grill, parasailing, and the View was beautiful God's creation seen from the 20th floor. We just love it!! For the past two years, I have rented this condo and have been extremely pleased with every aspect of it. The owner is very quick to answer emails and communication prior to occupancy was a painless procedure. It is ideally located close to restaurants and very convenient to activities for the kids. The view is spectacular rivaled by no other condo on the beach. It's interior is beautifully decorated and the on-site amenities are top notch. Because there are no high rise condos adjacent to it, the beach seems far less crowded and allows you your own personal space. I must say that in the thirty years I have been going to the beach either as a child with my parents or now as an adult, this is my all time favorite condo rental! I cannot wait to return next year.
