The elegant clubhouse with lounge and fireplace has two unique outdoor hot tubs, one covered and the other open to the sky. These hot tubs are built well above the mountainside in such a way that they feel like tree houses within the surrounding national forest. From the townhome’s parking lot, strap on your cross-country skis, snowshoes or wear your hiking boots and immediately access miles of wilderness trails. In addition, Summit County’s world class skiing and snowboarding, gold medal trout fishing, fine dining and Factory Outlet shopping are only moments from this condo. All just a free shuttle ride away!
This spacious, 1100 sq. ft. townhome is a beautifully decorated, newly furnished and well equipped vacation home, designed with your comfort in mind. The cozy living room has ample seating including a queen sleeper sofa. Here you will find a bright flickering gas fireplace, TV, DVD/VCR player and a CD stereo for your enjoyment.
Your every need is catered to in the bright and modern kitchen; full-size appliances, dishes, glassware, pots, pans, bakeware, ovenware, kitchen gadgets and plenty of countertop work space. The dining area seats 6 with additional seating at the kitchen countertop.
Once you are able to tear yourself away from the fireplace, the two lovely bedrooms beckon. The master bedroom has a comfy queen bed with a firm new mattress and a private, full bath. The second bedroom also has a new queen bed with a ¾ bath just down the hall. A small rollaway bed, suitable for a child or small adult, is also provided allowing this townhome to sleep a total of 7 people. Add in the private, in-condo washer and dryer and what more could you ask for? This certainly is a place where lifelong memories are made and where you will wish to return, again and again.
