Summertime on the coast of Maine doesn't get any better than this! Cape Neddick (York).

Large, open, spacious, sunlit house across the street from the ocean with views of the blue Atlantic. Private neighborhood on York Cliffs. Built in 1985, the house contains generous sized living areas and plenty of parking. Bedrooms include: one king sized master bedroom with adjoining bath with jacuzzi, two rooms with double beds on the second floor, and twin beds and queen size sofa bed on first floor. Exceptionally clean throughout.

All the amenities inside with a wide variety of nearby activities outside. Lovely private yard surrounded by beautiful turn-of-the century homes. Deeded access to pebbly beach a short walk away and five minute walk to sandy Cape Neddick Beach. By car it's 10 minutes to York center or Ogunquit, 20 minutes to Portsmouth, and just over an hour to Boston.

  • What a great home! We just returned from our week here, and we had an amazing time! The house was big enough for us all to have our own space, but allowed us all to come together on the patio, TV room, and dinning room for alots of 'family time'! The peace and quiet was a relief from houses in York we had rented in the past, and it was easily accessible to downtown York and beaches - the best of both worlds! The owners are exceptionally helpful, both before your trip, and during, through a great book they have put together to help yuu through your stay. We look forward to returning, and making this home a part of our family memories!

  • We loved this beautiful, spacious place in Maine more and more every minute of our stay. The book of instructions and tips on things to do and places to go was most helpful. We went to the pebble beach most every morning, and our children and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed the sandy beach at the foot of Agamenticus. How lucky we were to have seen your notice. We'll be planning a return visit.

  • We have just returned from a wonderful week at this lovely,spacious home that has everything to offer including ocean breezes and distant buoy bells to lull you to sleep. The home is nicely designed and furnished. Our vacation party highly recommends this property for the perfect Maine vacation.

  • This is a new listing so we have not stayed here but I do know the neighborhood and it is wonderful. The views from this area known as "York Cliffs" are spectacular and the nearby beaches are the best in southern Maine.
