It is located on the MOST desirable MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR street in Kihei and sits across the street from the Pacific Ocean. This house couldn't be in a better location, with everything Maui has to offer at your fingertips. From the deck capture the ocean views in front of you and with a slight turn capture the mountain views behind you. Enjoy evening dinners or cocktails on the deck watching the breath-taking Sunsets. Walk around paradise with the Lush gardens, palm trees and exotic flowers surrounding you.
The Main House, is a two-story, 4 bedroom, 3 full-baths, air conditioning, with two decks. Upstairs are the Formal Living Room, Formal Dining Room, and a Full Kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The Master Bedroom upstairs is decorated in designer tropical Bamboo, with a Bamboo plate form bed, TV, walk-in closet. The large master-bathroom has a BIG tub and Walk-in Shower. Downstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, 1 bath AND another Full Kitchen with an exotic Bamboo ceiling in the kitchen and dining area. Sit back and relax in the large family room with a Wide Screen TV, Boise surround sound, DVD, and VCR.
The entire house is decorated in very exclusive furniture. The top deck is where most of my guests enjoy their meals watching the sunset. It has beautiful, comfortable Patio furniture, with a large granite bar-top-counter, a small refrigerator to store drinks, snacks or a light meal. This beautiful Main House sleeps 8, 2 queens,1 double and 1 king.
The Guest House Cottage) is situated just a few yards from the pool. A 2 bedroom, 1 bath, and full kitchen that is adorably decorated and fully furnished with all appliances, refrigerator, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV, stereo, utensils and bedding. Sleeps up to 6, 2 queens and 1 sofa sleeper.
The beautifully landscaped private backyard has two empty lots to each side. Sunbathe by the swimming pool and relax to the sound of the soothing large rock waterfall, or relax your muscles in the spa under the stars, or fire-up the barbeque and enjoy a meal at one of two patio tables by the pool.
Located within walking distance of parks, some of the Most beautiful beaches in the world, tennis courts, surfing, Fine Dining, Fast food, casual restaurants, shopping, supermarkets, and Movie Theater. All this and more, only blocks away!
