Lovely three bedroom / two baths) unit "Stone's throw" from the beach. Updated with central air conditioning, ceramic tile, ceiling fans throughout. Relatively new appliances including washer & dryer in each unit. Tastefully decorated with beach decor. All new mattresses in 2007. New carpet 2009 & 2010. Assigned spaces for two with additional street parking.
Sleeps eight to ten persons comfortably. Bedrooms have queen size beds. Third bedroom has a queen and bunks. Queen sleep sofa in the livingroom as well as cable TV, VCR & DVD.. Cable TV in one additional bedroom. Two full baths, one with a tub/shower and smaller bath with shower. Kitchens are fully stocked and equipped with coffee-maker, microwave, toaster and blender. Washer & dryer. Central Air
All you need to bring are sheets and towels. You will find all the comforts of home. The ocean is literally steps away which makes it easy to come and go for lunch, naps & potty runs. No hassle getting to and from the beach. Great mid-town location away from all the high-rises with crowded beaches. Parking for two vehicles. Additional off street parking. NO HIGHWAYS TO CROSS TO THE BEACH

We have stayed at Pelican Beach ever since the O'Connor's purchased the property in 2000. We actually come for two weeks every year for the Marlin Tournament. We look forward to our home time at the beach and consider Pelican Beach our home away from home. Every year we look forward to see the changes they have made. It is so nice to deal with owners that really care about their property. We consider them our friends.
