Two (three bedrooms / two baths) units "Stone's throw" from the beach with great ocean view. Updated with central air conditioning, ceramic tile, ceiling fans throughout. Relatively new appliances including washer & dryer in each unit. Each unit is tastefully decorated in a beach theme. All new mattresses in 2007. Assigned spaces for two with additional street parking.
Each unit sleeps six to eight persons comfortably. Bedrooms have queen size beds. Cable TV in master bedroom. Queen sleep sofa in the livingroom as well as cable TV, VCR & DVD. Two full baths, one with a tub/shower and smaller bath with shower. Kitchens are fully stocked and equipped with coffee-maker, microwave, toaster and blender. Each unit has a washer & dryer.
All you need to bring are sheets and towels. You will find all the comforts of home. The ocean is literally steps away which makes it easy to come and go for lunch, naps & potty runs. No hassle getting to and from the beach. Great mid-town location away from all the high-rises with crowded beaches.
