Looking for the "Ultimate Kennel"? Come to beautiful Victorian Cape May and bring your best friend with you. We have beautiful beaches, Victorian House tours, horse and carraige rides, many fine restaurants, antique shoppes and all of the activities that make a summer vacation memorable.
Our home is well-appointed and located in a quiet neighborhood just a few short blocks to the beach. The home is centrally-located so you can walk or ride bikes to the beach or the historic district. Inside decor is light and bright with a beach theme. The back yard is private and fenced-in with a deck. We have a beach box so you do not have to carry an umbrella or chairs to the beach, only your towel. Two beach tags provided for your use during stay.
We allow one dog that must be on flea/tick control and not be a barker. Sorry, due to liability reasons and insurance coverage limits, no Pitbull or perceived aggressive dogs. Large dog crate provided for use while out of the house.
After contacting us via email, if house is available, a contract will be emailed to you. We must have signed contract, 50% of rent returned to us within 10 days. Balance of rent, sec dep and pet fee is due in full 45 days prior to rental date. Security deposit is $350. Separate non-refundable pet fee of $200. A full inspection will be made immed. upon your departure and security deposit will be returned to you within 14 days minus any damage charges. Any cited damages will be well documented.
Rental weeks run Saturday to Saturday. Check-out is 10 AM sharp! Check-in is 2 PM and not before due to time needed for cleaning. |
