We just spent a week in "Paradise". The Waikaloa Luxury Golf Villa is everything we expected and then some. All of our needs were anticipated and met in every way. It has been many years since we have been to the Big Island. We have now visited each of the four main islands within the last year. For us, the Big Island is IT...everything we need for a perfect vacation. We will have fond memories until we return, hopefully, in the near future. The Waikaloa Area contains a plethora of shops and restaurants to satisfy every shopper and diner. Resorts and golf courses are close by as well. Kailua-Kona is close by, Waimea and even Hilo are not that far away. The drive to Hilo is very enjoyable this time of years with diverse foliage, ocean views and mountain forests.

This condo was perfect for us. Lovely furnishings and amenities to make our stay comfortable and fun. Very well maintained. Great view of golf course, and short walking distance to beautiful beach and shopping. Waikoloa is great location for short drive to other destinations for sight-seeing, golf, and historical points. Owner provided excellent information about the island that helped make our trip more fun. Drop in an IZ cd and melt into a great Hawaii vacation. Wish we could go back today. Doug & Pat Davis.

Mahalo Seth! Previously we stayed in different condo's in Maui, Kauai and Hawaii. This condo was by far the best in value, location and was well equipped with everything we needed. The King and Queen shops can be reached in minutes. There you find nice restaurants and great places to shop. Especially we enjoyed visiting the nearby beaches, Hapuna, Mauna Kea etc. Due to the location of the condo it very seldom rains and we enjoyed 12 day's of sunshine and NO rain. I can highly recommend this condo to any traveler, intending to visit the island of Hawaii. In conclusion, Seth, it has been a great pleasure working with you and I hope to return one day to your beautiful place . Aloha. Marina and Kurt
Owner response:Aloha Marina and Kurt, When you love Hawai'i you want to share it; It was our pleasure to have you as a guest. Visit Waikoloa often, it is good for you. Mahalo Seth

We were very pleased with our stay at this condo. It is so close to the shops and restaurants, as well as to the beach. The unit was open and airy, and very comfortably furnished. It had everything we needed (and more). The pre-arrival instructions were very helpful and covered all of the important details. We would recommend this property without hesitation!

Having booked many other times online I would have to say that this was the most complete and up-to-date booking yet. The owner is wonderful to work with providing everything from location, every amenities in the home and also listing of all the major sites to see.I would recommend this property not only to all my friends and relatives but also hoping to return in the not to distance future myself.

We found our stay very nice, all the things needed -- we took advantage of. Being able to have a washer and dryer available is the ticket, as you only have to pack a small amount of clothes. We found the mattress very comfortable, this is an important feature when you have back problems. If we were to stay on that island again we would stay there.

Seth was extremely helpful and pleasant throughout the entire booking process. Once we arrived, we were blown away with the condo, which is a big deal as we travel a bunch. -The condo was so clean and the king bed was super comfy -The kitchen really had everything you can imagine and the ice machine kept up with the consumption of blended drinks just fine. -Location was perfect with 2 great bars and some fun restaurants within walking distance. also only 10 minute drive to Hapuna beach which is one of the best beaches on the island -Also a ton of retail shopping and a grocery store within walking distance -The condo has all kinds of board games, cards and a ton of tv channels -Seth has more than enough beach gear available including beach chairs, snorkel gear, boogy boards, cooler etc. Mahalo Seth - We'll be back!! We absolutely loved the condo; it has felt like home immediately and you can tell as soon as you come in that the condo is cared for and furnished with taste and love.My favorite part was to have coffee in the morning and a cocktail at sunset on the lanai.....My only complain is that we could only stay there 11 days ! Well before our arrival at this beautiful condo, we were given valuable information by the owner about the area's many attractions, shopping hints and other input that had us well prepared for our adventure. Due to recent upgrades the townhouse looked even better in person than the photos showed online. Everything worked, was clean and spacious. We enjoyed breakfasting on the lanai and having dinner at the many dining options around the complex. We enjoyed Minnie's after ziplining in Hawi for a great fish lunch. It was nice to have a library of cds and dvds at our disposal. Lots of good snorkel gear to borrow, too. It is a very nice unit in a lovely area but what's unique is the owner. I have rented before ,however, Seth is the best. Even though he was in the middle of an Irene induced panic, I always felt that he wanted to make sure we were okay in Hawaii! He made sure we came away with the spirit of Aloha that we shall not soon forget.

This is a GREAT condo. We loved it! The condo is quiet and beautiful and everything inside looks and feels entirely new. It is also roomy and very well equipped. Very convenient location on the first floor just behind a lake/golf course so it is really nice to sit/eat outside in the back porch. The owner clearly put a lot of attention and hard work to make this place perfect. We have been in many condos in the past years and have never been in a place that was so nice and well maintained. And the area is gorgeous! No doubt we will try to rent this condo again when we come back (hopefully soon :-) ) to the Big Island. We highly recommend to rent this place.

we stayed for (sadly only) 7 days. Even though the description and the photos were accurate our expectations werde seconded by the cleanliness and the modern equipment. We wonts for nothing: Beach-chairs + umbrella (very helpfull), snorkeling items + a very lot of books + information about the island + what to do makes it very convenient to us. The owner gives us lots of helpfull advices priviously. The winding-up were accurate + fail-safe. I had eaten the very best tuna-steak ever by Merriman's Market Cafe. Thanks for all. Nestled in a very quiet, relaxing golf community. Not far from the airport (about 20 minutes or so). Close to everything. . . beach, restaurants, shopping, grocery store. For the price, this condo is absolutely amazing!! I'm sure you will all enjoy it just as much as we did!!!

We certainly enjoyed our stay (2 weeks) at I-2 Waikoloa Fairway Villas, the listing description regarding location, layout and amenities was definately accurate. The property was exceptional clean and well maintained, The owner was very prompt in our communication, helpful and courteous. Since we both (my wife and my self) love the beaches and snorkeling, the book "Snorkeling on Hawaii" (info among many others at the condo) was a great help to discover new and exciting places. There are many great restaurants in close proximity,we especially enjoyed the Gourmet Market in walking distance, the farmers market in Kailua (Wed-Fr) and the "Kona Brewing" Co in Kailua-Kona. We stayed at the Waikoloa Fairways Villas before, and it certainly was not the last time. Gisela & Werner

What can I say about the perfect vacation condo. It has EVERYTHING: immaculate condition, lots of room, every single amenity you could think of from coffee maker, ice maker, beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, boogie boards, NO STAIRS, the list is endless. The lanai with a view of the golf course and the birds, geckos and mongooses is pretty special. A short stroll to not one but two shopping malls. An easy walk to 'A' beach and the Marriott. A short walk accross the fairway to the Hilton and Dolphin Quest. 8 golf courses within a 20 minute drive. I would absolutely recommend this condo to anybody. Nothing has been left out. Thank you Seth for allowing us the use of your home.

I can't believe anyone would pay twice as much for a room at a hotel,( plus parking ) which is only a 10 minute walk away, when you can get this super clean 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo . Everything about this place was wonderful, its clean, with a full kitchen, in a safe gated community with manicured trees and grass, nice swimming pool, fitness center, bar-b-ques, and a 5 minute walk to 2 shopping centers. If you've never stayed in a condo before, you may have reservations about forking over the dough to someone you don't know but you don't have to worry about this condo or its owner, everything promised was delivered and the place was better than I excepted. Its only a 10 minute walk ( 2 minute drive ) to the nearest beach, however we found Hapuna Beach was the best which is about a 15 minute drive North up the coast. Renting a condo is the way to go, get your rental car, check in, then head 6 miles up the road and get a few days of groceries at the grocery store. You don't have to eat out every night which saves money plus you don't feel like a bloated whale by the time your vacation is over. The best part of this condo to me is having a washer and dryer, this means you can pack light and save room for Kona coffee and Mac nuts to take home. The nicest grocery store we found was the Foodland in Waimea, which is about a 30 minute drive up the mountain. Use the card attached to the condo keys for a decent discount on the marked sale items. Kona is about a 40 minute drive the other direction and the highway is nice and wide all the way. We prefered staying at this condo in Waikola for location over the more crowded Kona as it was more laidback and the beaches on the Kohala coast are much nicer. I don't know what else to say, you'd be nuts to rent a hotel when you can rent this condo.
Owner response:Mahalo Rob, Visit Waikoloa often, it is good for you. Aloha Seth

My wife and I have just returned from a week's stay at this condo. I can't say enough for it. I think that what impresses us the most, after staying in other condos in the same complex, is its bright, airy feeling. It's on the ground floor, so no trudging up the stairs. You just walk out onto the fairway, cross the street, take a short path, and you're at the best beach on the coast---A Bay. Another short walk brings you to the King's Shops and the Queen's shops. Great little (if expensive) shopping centers. The condo itself is well-stocked with all the necessities for a stay, from utensils to spices to a washer/dryer. It's an extremely comfortable place to relax. The bed in the master bedroom was first class. One little thing that we've really come to appreciate is the helpful labeling of switches and little hints about what works. The TV is a great big flat screen HD monster that makes watching movies fun. The condo has quite a few in stock, and there's a Red Box in the shopping center. The music's great to listen to. Iz is the best. We've stayed in this unit before, so we've worked out a system that saves us time and money. The plane gets in around noon. Get our baggage and rental car---my wife waits for the bags while I go over to get the car. Take a short trip to Kona to the Costco and Safeway stores to stock up on food (there's a great BBQ setup in the Villas). Then head up the highway to the condo. By this time it's 3:00 and we can just check in to the condo. The owner makes it easy, by providing a lock-box key. Just walk in. I will say that there's a grocery store much closer to the condo than the ones in Kona, but the Waikoloa Village store tends, to me, to be quite over priced. We only go there if we don't feel like dealing with Kona traffic. All in all, a fantastic place to be.
Owner response:Mahalo for the kind words Richard! I hope you can get back to Waikoloa often, it is good for you. Aloha

Where to start?! We have rented condos from Hawaii to Paris and many places in between. This was, hands-down, the best overall experience we've had. Seth, the owner, was helpful, honest and friendly at every turn. Before we even arrived, he was filled with tips & aloha. Then there was the condo: amazing. Beautiful. Immaculately cared for. Perfectly laid out. And best of all it isn't just fully equipped, it's ABSOLUTELY AND COMPLETELY FULLY equipped. It literrally had everything we could have needed -- beach toys, coolers, snorkel gear, coffee maker, books. I could go on and on... Everything, from the bedding to the furniture to the pillows were out of this world comfortable. All of this, of course, is simply a result of the smarts/generosity of the condo owners. They love this condo and Hawaii and it shows. The condo complex was also very nice. Well manicured, quiet (we had no upstairs neighbors while we were there) and included a workout room and stunning pool (only complaint: the pool was chi-chi-chilly). From our condo, we could watch golfers go by and enjoy beautiful sunsets. Within a short walk, we were at shops, restaurants, ice cream and even A-Bay. Petroglyphs are also adjacent to the condo. And within a 10-15 minute drive we were at some of the island's best beaches. This was our second trip to the Big Island and first time staying in Kohala. We are sold! Great location. Great beaches. Wow! When we come back, and we will be back, it will be to this great condo. Thanks, Seth! P.S. We were a young, active family with two kids under 10. The condo & location were great for us, but would also be wonderful for any other type of traveler.
Owner response:Mahalo for the kind words!!! Your family is welcome back anytime; that is what the condo is for. My only regret is that Hawai'i is so far away and we can never get enough time there. Aloha Seth

My husband, adult daughter, and I just returned from our ninth trip to the Big Island and our tenth to the state of Hawaii. We always stay at Waikoloa Beach, usually at the Marriott because we travel with Marriott points. This year was different because we had our daughter with us and we were tempted by the price of this condo. We had a great experience and hope to stay in Seth's condo again. The location of the Fairway Villas is the best of the condos. We could walk to everything. The Kings Shops are connected by a paved walkway to the FV. We could walk across the street and go though the Marriott to the beach. We usually drove over to the beach parking lot because I have limited mobility. There is a nice pool area with jacuzzi and adjoining exercise area which my daughter used a lot. The grill area was a real surprise. It is so much more. My husband is an avid golfer and golfed at both the Beach and Kings courses. The condo itself is lovely and is decorated tastefully. Looks to me as if it were done professionally. It is equipped with the best of everything. Top of the line GE Profile appliances, granite countertops, quality wood cabinets. King size bed in master bedroom and double in second. Very comfortable mattresses and lots of closet space. Three TVs with digital cable. Free WiFi. We hated to have to leave, and my husband would like to rent the same place again for a longer time.We have recommended this place to friends.

Our trip was for the purpose of hitting as many beaches as we could, and relaxing in the evenings. We loved our walk everyday to the King's Shopping area. The condo is beautiful, comfortable, clean, and well supplied. There is plenty of information available by Seth as to the best place to get groceries, etc., and we loved the north part of the Big Island. I would highly recommend this to friends and family. Very private, quiet, and well taken care of property. Thank you.

The condo was very bright and well kept. It was truely a very short walk to the King and Queens shops, which made great for eating out with ease. there was snorkle equipment in the closet plenty of towels. Make sure you try to grocery shop after landing so you don't have to drive back to Kona, the ABC store it a might pricey in the Queens Shops.

My mother, uncle, husband, and I spent a week at Seth's condo. We thought the location was fantastic...only a short walk across the golf course and through the Marriott grounds to A-bay beach, and only 10-15 minutes to drive to some of the prettiest beaches in Kohala including Hapuna, Mauna Kea, and "69 Beach". Excellent swimming and snorkeling from these beaches! We saw manta rays while snorkeling at "69", and many sea turtles at both A-bay and Mauna Kea. The sunset at A-bay looking from across the fish ponds has to be the prettiest on the island; we never missed it. The condo itself was immaculately clean and very comfortable, with all of the amenities as listed (including beach chairs, beach towels, and cooler) and with excellent ventilation (we never even turned on the AC). The kitchen was fully equipped; we prepared almost all of our own meals there and ate sitting out on the lanai. The condo grounds were quiet, well-kept, and beautiful; we particurlarly enjoyed the many flowering trees/plants and watching the brightly colored birds. Seth is very responsive, and made the entire process of renting his condo easy, transparent, and pleasurable. We wholeheartedly recommend this condo as a great base for South Kohala and Kona watersports, and also for exploring further afield to Hilo, Hamakua, North Kohala, and Volcanoes N.P.

We spent two weeks in Seth's condo and everything was as advertised. The condo was clean and very well equipped. There was literally nothing we needed to purchase to do whatever we needed or wanted to do at the condo. We utilized the BBQs several times as well as the fitness center. Sat on the lanai with Irish Cream and coffee in the cool mornings reading a book and keeping an eye on the duffers. Mostly ate in but highly recommend Charley's Thai Cuisine and Roy's for chow. Just a great visit. Will look forward to doing it again.

This condo was very comfortable, immaculate, and very nicely furnished. It was very generously equipped, including many items not usually expected in a vacation rental.. It has plenty of natural lighting, with good ventilation and ceiling fans; we only used the air conditioning once. It looks on the Beach golf course, and is a short walk to shopping, the Marriott and Anaeho'omalu Beach. It was very quiet in the complex. Our only regret is that the pool was not heated, but the ocean is a 5 minute walk away where the water was warm.

Our week long (too short) stay in Seth’s condo was wonderful. Seth was very responsive in setting up the rental, the condo is well situated and very clean, the complex is beautiful with a great Jacuzzi and shared BBQ facilities. We walked the beach, swam, snorkeled, viewed the turtles and beautiful reef fish in A-Bay, toured the petroglyphs, and shopped at the King and the Queens shopping/restaurant centers (all a short walk from the condo). We also golfed, boogie boarded and traveled the island seeing the ‘wet’ side, the Imiloa Astronomy Center and the volcano which was too unstable to get close on this visit… Guess we will have to go back to the Big Island – and to Seth’s condo. We recommend it highly!

THIS BEAUTIFUL CONDO IS AMAZING; IT TRULY LOOKS LIKE SOMETHING YOU WOULD FIND IN A MAGAZINE! THE DESCRIPTION OF THIS CONDO DOES NOT DO IT JUSTICE... IT'S MUCH, MUCH BETTER TO SEE IN PERSON! THE CONDO WAS VERY WELL APPOINTED, CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED, AS ARE THE SURROUNDING GROUNDS. THE AMENITIES ARE TOO MANY TO MENTION, BUT LET ME JUST SAY THERE'S EVERYTHING YOU COULD POSSIBLY NEED AND MORE. THE SHEETS ARE WONDERFULLY LUXURIOUS, LIKE ANY 5 STAR HOTEL! THE WORKOUT FACILITY AND POOL ARE AN ADDED PLUS AND THE LOCATION IS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! WITH TWO SHOPPING MALLS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE AND A NUMBER OF TERRIFIC RESTAURANTS, WE WOULDN'T HAVE NEEDED TO LEAVE THE AREA IF WE HAD CHOSEN TO JUST STAY PUT! (HOW COULD YOU NOT WANT TO LEAVE TO SEE THE SIGHTS OF THIS BEAUTIFUL PARADISE?) SETH IS AMAZING TO COMMUNICATE WITH AND HE ANSWERS ANY QUESTIONS THAT YOU MIGHT HAVE. HIS INSTRUCTIONS AND INFORMATION ON THE CONDO, MAPS AND DIRECTIONS ON GETTING THERE AND THE "TOURIST" MAGAZINES IN THE CONDO ARE WONDERFUL. TOM AND I WOULD LIKE TO HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CONDO TO ANYONE VISITING THE BIG ISLAND OF HAWAI'I. IT WILL TRULY BE EVERYTHING YOU COULD DREAM OF AND EVEN MORE. SINCERELY, TOM & JERI B. Pan & Kim Springfield, Illinois Review Submitted: March 24, 2010 Date of Stay: February 2010 This was our first experience renting a condo via the internet and to be quite honest, I was somewhat apprehensive. I am pleased to report that all my apprehension was unfounded and this condo is everything you will hope for. I retired on 12/31/09 and spent the month of February 2010 in Hawaii at this condo. Having been to the Big Island probably 15 times in my life, I knew that Waikoloa was the location I wanted. Location-Location-Location. Need I say more? I highly recommend this condo unit and personally hope that my financial position allows me to go back again for a month or so.

We really enjoyed our stay at your condo. It was the most equipped condo we have ever stayed at and the cleanest. The location was great. The pool and spa were great to use. We really enjoyed the 'A' bay and the turtles. We will recommend your place to our friends who plan to visit the island. Thank you for all your help and information.Len and Christine

This has been an excellent place to stay--the finest I've found after several stays on the islands. An extensive rental property search prior to staying here found this condo to be among the best values in the area, especially given the quality location and amenities. The condo is very clean, nicely appointed, and is well stocked with everything needed for an extended stay. Things like a beach cooler and snorkeling gear are nice touches. Excellent location a short walk from shopping and a few minutes walk to the beach. Easy driving access to nearby highly rated beaches such as Hapuna, Mauna Kea, and Makalawani. Seth has been extraordinarily responsive to questions and is genuinely enthusiastic about Hawaii. Mahalo Seth for a great one week stay.

My wife and I have just returned from an 8 night stay at this condo. In real estate they say that value is determined by location. Well, this is a million dollar plus property. A short walk across the fairway, ducking an errant shot every now and then, through a parking lot, and you're at the best beach on the island at A Bay. What's not to love. We spent whole days without even starting up our rental car. The condo is immaculate---not a speck of dust, dirt, or sand. It's fully stocked. The only thing we needed to buy was our food. (probably best purchased at the Kona Safeway, if you can get up the courage to go down there)Located on the ground floor, it is an easy access "home" for the holiday. Tons of towels, a washer/dryer combo, movies, music (we love Iz, by the way). A short walk to the pool and the community barbeque area. We found the other visitors quite friendly and had some great conversations. In addition to a short walk to the beach, there's also a short walk to the shops at King's and Queen's. Great places to window shop or stock up on last minute items we forgot to buy. Since the condo's in Kohala it never rained and the weather was a perfect 82 every day. This is the bargain of the century!!! Would I return? In a heartbeat.

Seth, you've been great throughout the process of renting your wonderful place --- clear and prompt. We've stayed in many places, usually for a month or two, and your place stands out in comfort, location and safety. The new gourmet market in the Queens' Shops made dinners very easy for us at the end of a long work day (yes, we actually go to Hawaii to work). That's the measure of a place --- how happy are you to get "home." It was home away from home and restorative. Thanks for making your place available.
Owner response:Ed & Diana, You are very kind. Some guests have been an education and some guests have been a blessing and pleasure. You folks are in the latter category. Please come back anytime. Aloha - Seth

Your condo was absolutely beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We have stayed a few times in Waikoloa and this one was the best. The Lanai was perfect for drinking coffee in the morning and we loved the fact that you walk to a lot of places close by.

It's been a week since we returned from the beautiful Big Island and we can't wait to return. Seth's Waikoloa Golf Villa was perfect for our family of golfers - very close to all the golf courses on the Kohala coast. The condo pictures don't do the place justice. It was very comfortable and clean - a perfect home away from home. All the arrangements, from reserving the condo, to checking in and out, were easy. Seth even helped while we were there when we had questions about getting to some of the more secluded and less known beaches. Seth, I'll be referring my family and friends to you! Mahalo!

Booking for the first time via the website, Seth has anwsered all the questions, everything from payments, arrival information to condo usage. The condo is just as pictured, convenient to walking to the beach, browsing the King shops, and shopping for groceries. Pictures don't reflect how beautiful it is sitting on the lanai and enjoying the moment. Thanks, Seth we will always refer friends, hopefully it won't become overbooked!!!!

We loved our stay in your beautiful condo. Everything was smooth and organized from the booking to arrival and our stay. We have stayed several times in Waikoloa and this unit was the best. We will try to book again on our next visit if available and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

I would highly recommend staying at Seth's condo if you are interested in vacationing on the Big Island. The condo is very comfortable, very well equipped kitchen and laundry. The location is exceptional and we felt very safe being in a gated community. The grounds were very well kept and the pool was very clean and beautiful. We loved being close to the restaurants and shops. The lanai was great to sit at each morning with coffee. We even had a Nene bird with her small babies visit us one morning. Seth has been very friendly and easy to work with. Very affordable for families. We hope to visit Hawaii again and would love to stay at this condo again in the future.

The condo was just as pictured. It was clean and modern and located in a convenient spot within walking distance of the Kings Shops and also the Hilton Waikola. It had many amenities including CDs, DVDs, beach towels, coolers, snorkle equipment, beachchairs and condiments in the kitchen. Everything was in working order. I loved sitting out on the lanai and looking over the golf course.
Owner response:Aloha Sandra, Mahalo for the kind words. Please come back to see us soon. - Seth
