If you are thinking of a great beach vacation overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and spending time on a beautiful wide beach with tropical breezes, warm water, spectacular panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, this condominium may be just what you are looking for. The beach renourishment was completed August 15, 2011. This condo rents for a minimum of one week and is a perfect get-away. My third floor beachfront condo could be yours for your next vacation. This condo was purchased during 2006 and I have been redecorating and upgrading everything beyond our guests expectations of a beachfront condo. That includes a new 42 inch flat screen plasma television with HDTV. The building offers free broadband internet high speed access for online security and free local telephone service for the personal convenience of our guests. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and the guest bedroom twin bed mattresses and box springs were replaced. I have had the unit professionally painted, purchased a new television/DVD/VCR for the master bedroom and replaced the vertical blinds in both the living room and guest bedroom. There is all new dining room and living room furniture.
If you have usually stayed in hotels, just compare not only the prices but the quality for what you are getting for your money. Staying in a condo with a fully equipped kitchen gives you options for meals including being able to cook on the outdoor grills. You are still within walking distance of a number of very good restaurants and shopping.
This building is referred to as the "Jewel of St. Pete Beach" and you will quickly learn why. You can soak up the sun while experiencing all that a beach vacation should offer. The building is on the northern curve of St. Pete beach providing a unique view of both the Gulf of Mexico and the entire length of the beautiful seven mile, sugar white sand of St. Pete Beach. The grounds are immaculately tended and beautifully landscaped.
The exercise facility overlooks the pool and beach and has a television. A shuffleboard court has recently been added to the grounds.
The large living room, master bedroom and balcony give you spectacular, breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico.
New tile and Karastan carpeting have been installed and the kitchen has been equipped with all new appliances.
My condominium is my home away from home and is tastefully furnished and equipped with all the comforts and personal touches of a well stocked home.
This unit is smoke-free and pets are not permitted in the building.
The unit will very comfortably accomodate 4 persons. The master bedroom has a television, walk-in closet, and private bathroom as well as sliding doors that lead to the balcony.
The guest bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, a walk-in closet, and a second bathroom adjacent to the bedroom.
The new living room sectional sofa has a queen-size hide-a-bed with an upgraded mattress.
Wi Fi was installed for the entire building.

There is an on site office open daily to any questions you might have during your stay and arrangements can be made to pick up your keys for a late arrival.

- A 42" plasma television was just installed with HDTV in the living room. New tile and carpeting was installed and new living room and dining room tables and chairs. There are two full bathrooms, one that is a part of the master suite and the second is adjacent to the guest bedroom. The balcony has an entrance from both the living room and master bedroom. Both bathrooms have hairdryers, bathtub/shower. Both bedrooms have walk in closets. A shuffleboard court is on the property and there is plenty of lawn for children to run off excess energy. The kitchen is well furnished including a new crock pot as well as the usual small appliances.

Why the Owner Chose St. Pete Beach
We both had admired this property on our walks along the beach and saw that it offered a different setting than our first condo. This condo is in a quieter setting off of Gulf Blvd. and away from all the traffic. We knew we wanted another beachfront condo and thought this would offer our guests a great choice between the two condos. We liked the fact that this condo has more grounds to it and has a second deck closer to the beach. We also liked the fact that the grounds are fenced offering security.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
It is difficult to describe the breathtaking view which is of both the Gulf of Mexico and extends all the way to the Southern point of Pass-a-Grille. The grounds are beautiful and give young children plenty of space in a secure area to run and play. We like the fact that you can hear the waves instead of the traffic because it is in a much quieter part of the beach. The beach was renourished early October 2010.

This is my second beachfront condo on St. Pete Beach. My husband and I both enjoyed beach vacations and found how much we enjoyed St. Pete Beach together. We bought our first condo in 2003 and found this one in 2006. Since the recent death of my husband, I find this condo a wonderful, tranquil place for me to spend time. It is nice to be somewhere you don't hear the traffic as you often do on Gulf Blvd.

We have been vacationing in St. Pete Beach for 17 years, and have always stayed at TradeWinds, which was great - but very noisy and expensive. We were able to stay at this venue for a whole week for the cost of 3 nights at TradeWinds. I loved the fabulous balcony view of the beach, the privacy, and ability to be less dependent on eating out with the kitchen facilities. This is now our new favorite, and we will definitely return. This unit seemed the perfect level and placement and the owner makes personal contact as well as keeping her unit tastefully and comfortably furnished.

What a glorious two weeks! Your condo was truly a "home away from home." We wanted for nothing. We enjoyed our early morning walks on the beach, the cool breezes on the balcony, the sounds of the waves at night and of course the magnifcent sunsets, availability to the beach and the view of the ociean. We have been here on St. Pete Beach several times. Twice we rented a house which was heavenly, but no view of the ocean. Your condo gave us all the amenities of a house as well as breathtaking views of the ociean. Thank you so much

We had a wonderful time in this dfantastic condo. We had been here many times before (to St. Pete Beach) but never stqayed anywhere with this view!!! It was great to hear the waves and wind, and not the traffic on Gulf Blvd. We fell in love with the area all over again. 10 days was much too short. We mostly enjoyed doing nothing except reading, swimming and catching some rays. We'll be back.

We had an awesome time and couldn't get over the fantastic view from this location. The condo is pervect for a family of four. My teens especially loved the high speed internet that was a bonus. We enjoyed Busch Gardens, deep sea finshing, shopping and of course the beach and poo. The Tampa Devil Rays game was great fun and a terrific value. We would love to come back.

We enjoyed our stay in your condominium. It is beautiful. We especially enjoyed watching the dolphins, Ft. Desoto Beach where we found 3 huge sand dollars and Busch Garends, parasailing and a day trip to Tarpon Springs. It was a wonderful time of relaxation after a very busy school year. We look forward to the possibility of coming back to this area and will defininely check to see if your condo is available.
