This condo rents for a minimum of one week and is a perfect fall get-away. While everyone else is hustling around getting back into fall schedules you could be relaxing on the beach. It is a great time to be on the beach because the summer crowds will be gone, but the weather will be great.
If you are concerned about hurricane season the last two weeks of August and through September I will guarantee your money back for any nights that are unused if local officials recommend evacuation whether mandatory or not.
Our third floor beachfront condo could be yours for your next vacation. We purchased this condo during 2006 and have been redecorating and upgrading everything beyond our guests expectations of a beachfront condo. That includes a new 42 inch flat screen plasma television with HDTV. We personally added free internet high speed access and free local telephone service for the personal convenience of our guests. The queen bed in the master bedroom was replaced with a king size bed and the guest bedroom twin bed mattresses and mox springs were replaced. We have had the unit professionally painted, purchased a new television/DVD/VCR for the master bedroom and replaced the vertical blinds in both the living room and guest bedroom. In November 2007, the dining room furniture and living room tables were all replaced and a new bar stool was added to the kitchen.
If you have usually stayed in hotels, just compare not only the prices but the quality for what you are getting for your money. Staying in a condo with a fully equipped kitchen gives you options for meals including being able to cook on the outdoor grills.
This building is referred to as the "Jewel of St. Pete Beach" and you will quickly learn why. You can soak up the sun while experiencing all that a beach vacation should offer. The building is on the northern curve of St. Pete beach providing a unique view of both the Gulf of Mexico and the entire length of the beautiful seven mile, sugar white sand of St. Pete Beach. The grounds are immaculately tended and beautifully landscaped. There are no other structures that separate you from these panoramic views and the sound of the surf.
The exercise facility overlooks the pool and beach and has a television. A shuffleboard court has recently been added.
The large living room, master bedroom and balcony give you spectacular, breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico.
New tile and Karastan carpeting have been installed and the kitchen has been equipped with all new appliances.
Our condominium is our home away from home and therefore is tastefully furnished and equipped with all the comforts and personal touches of a well stocked home.
This unit is smoke-free and pets are not permitted in the building.
The unit will easily accommodate six people. The master bedroom has a television, walk-in closet, and private bathroom as well as sliding doors that lead to the balcony.
The guest bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, television, a walk-in closet, and a second bathroom adjacent to the bedroom.
The new living room sectional sofa has a queen-size hide-a-bed with an upgraded mattress.
The beach renourishment project was completed Spring of 2006.
