A security deposit of $500.00 plus the first months rent is required
for reserving this home.  Rent money will not be refunded unless a
written cancellation is received 60 days prior to the beginning of
the rental contract unless the home is rebooked.  If less than 30 days, the tenant
the tenant is responsible for the term of the lease or until the home is rebook
is rebooked. The remainder of the money will be refunded.  Security
