Location: Cumbrian Lakes, Kissimmee Central, Kissimmee, Central-Disney-Orlando Area, Florida, USA (20 miles from Orlando International Airport)

Accommodations:  Villa, 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths (Sleeps 8)

Our beautiful, four bedroom, three bathroom villa, is furnished to a high standard. The lounge has comfortable settees, and a 32 inch cable television. The formal dining are has seating and settings for six people. There is a breakfast area with seating and settings for four people.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with a large family cooker and hob, dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, coffeemaker, toaster, and waste disposal. There is a small utility room housing a large washer and dryer. Iron and ironing board, Hoover. There are two hairdryers in the bedrooms. Televisions in all the bedrooms.

Full-size pool table and electronic dartboard in the garage, more equipment to be added in May. Patio furniture and loungers around the pool which has removable safety netting for the safety of children. All linen provided including pool towels. Security locks on patio doors and pool area door.

  • As promised we did return to this excellent Villa for a three week holiday (9/5/2007 thru 9/26/2007 and found it to be just as perfect a place to relax and enjoy as we did on our first visit in 2005. Sheila and I along with Sheila's brother and is wife enjoyed our stay at this quiet and conveniently located home. We honestly recommend this Villa as The place to stay whilst holidaying in Florida

  • We (4 adults, 4 children) have just enjoyed an excellent holiday (March 2006)in this lovely, clean, spacious villa and I would not hesitate to recommend it you for your family holiday. It is the perfect base for your Florida stay being well sited for all the main Orlando region attractions and road networks. It is in a very peaceful and secure environment, just the right spot for a bit of relaxation after a grueling walk round the parks, golf courses or the shopping malls. It contains all the required facilities and is only a few miles from large supermarkets and nice restaurants. The heated pool is as warm as your bath and the owners are very helpful and communicative, even ringing from the UK to check that everything was as we expected. I can offer no finer compliment than by saying that I will definately look to book up again when I return to the USA, hopefully in 2008.

  • Our stay here at kissimee villa in October 2004 excelled all our expectations and the weather for the time of year was perfect, not too hot. A well maintained fully air conditioned property with all amenities to hand a quiet relaxing holiday base whether you wanted to go out or just stay in by the pool. All local parks, shops and resturants within reasonable driving distance. A most enjoyable holiday which we would recommend to all young and old alike.

    We have had a lovely holiday here in June 2005 along with my wife's brother and his wife. The holiday was made even more enjoyable by our stay in this villa, which is in a quiet and peaceful location. Close to all the attractions one could ever wish to visit, and close also to th I.4., and other major routes, making Florida your oyster. We found the villa excellently maintained, furnishes and equipped. There is nothing that has not been carefully thought of for one's convenience and comfort, from teaspoon to T.V., even a games room. The pool area is a wonderful place to relax both at the end of a busy day or when taking time out to just stay at home. Which is what this villa feels like 'HOME'. We all could not fault the villa and we highly recommend it. We shall return and the is a promise. Roy & Sheila Bennnett
