The complex boasts 25 heated swimming pools, two of which are salt water, a state of the art club house with lighted tennis courts, a complete modern fitness centre, a public championship golf course, considered to be one of the desert's best with spectacular views, racquetball courts, a games room, pro golf and tennis shops and a top class restaurant with weekly specials.
The Ron Frehm designed 18 hole championship golf course is accompanied by a driving range, a pitching and putting practice area and lessons are available. The tennis and fitness center are available at no charge to our guests.
The Condo is a spacious one bedroom, recently upgraded,unit that is just steps away from one of the largest lap pools in the complex. For just some sun and poolside relaxation or a few lengths and a soak in the hot tub there is something for everyone just outside your own back door.
At just under 1100 square feet the unit has an open floor plan with high vaulted ceilings. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV with DVD/VCR and a large two sink bathroom with separate WC. The living room contains a gas fireplace for added ambiance, 32" HD TV with DVD/VCR and a complete home entertainment system. There is also a pullout couch. The sliding glass door opens from the living room onto your private patio where you have your own patio furniture and a gas BBQ, for a leisurely breakfast or some evening entertainment.
Just steps from the patio is your year round heated lap pool and jacuzzi. The dining room has an open plan with seating for six people. The kitchen is fully equipped with many new appliances, including stove and microwave, and a separate breakfast area. The den contains a trundle bed and off the den is a separate laundry room for guests convenience.
For your added convenience and comfort we have added high speed internet and free local and long distance calling to anywhere in the US or Canada to the amenities in the condo.
The complex is located close to shops, restaurants, golf courses and many other desert area attractions and is conveniently located close to the freeway.

My husband and I were very impressed with this condo. It is beautiful and the owners have provided numerous linens, dishes, a barbecue, even spices. We had a wonderful time and hope to book this unit another time.
