We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was just as described on the listing. The beach is just over the boardwalk, the condo is close to the jetty boat and fishing pier, and close to many good restaurants. The property was beautifully maintained. We can't wait to stay here again.

This is the second visit to this condo and I had a great time on both occasions. The condo is clean and well maintained. Its very convenient to the beach, just a short walk over the boardwalk and you're on the sand. Close to town also. I will be going back again.

I stayed at this condo during spring break. Great location, short walk to the beach, very close to town. Condo is as described. It was to cold to swim but pool was very clean and maintained everyday. I loved the big yard area in the middle of the complex and the water hose at entrance to complex from the beach (to wash sand off). I would definitely stay here again.

we found the accomodations quite comfortable and clean. It is ground level, huge back lawn, pool, tennis courts and laundry available close by. Beach about a block away,easy walk. Many restaurants with good food. We enjoyed the town of Port Aransas, The property is well maintained, the owner very helpful and considerate, and have recommended the property . Fishing available with or without guide.

I would definately stay at this place again. It was convenient to town as well as the beach. The beds are comfortable and everthing was clean. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The condo was clean and was roomy enough for 4 adults and 3 small children. There was a good space for the kids to play inside and plenty of outdoor space for them to run. The walk to the beach wasn't bad at all, 4 or 5 minutes. You can see part of the ocean from the back porch and the pool is just steps away. The kitchen was very functional and had about everything you would need to cook meals. We all had a great time and would stay there again.

The condo has a great location within easy walking distance to the beach, and a great swimming pool right out back. The interior is fully remolded and is very comfortable. It has all the amenities and comforts that you'll need to have a great stay. A very nice condo!

We just returned from three nights at the condo. It was exactly what we were looking for. Very nicely appointed and convenient to everything we wanted to do. The owners were delightful to communicate with and we had no problems with anything. We highly recommend.

My husband and I celebrated our 20th anniversary here and it was perfect. It has beautiful furnishings and is just a short walk to the beach. I'd recommend it to anyone. Can't wait to go back!

Great stay. 2 Couples for three nights enjoyed the condo. Everything exactly as advertised. Owners delightful people to work with; their check-in procedure and local "tips" really helpful. Condo furnishings and provisioning very well thought out (plenty of paper towels and garbage bags, etc.) We definitely recommend this condo for your next stay in Port A.

Fantastic property for the five of us: me, wife, 7y/o girl, 4y/o boy and 2 y/o Rhodesian Ridgeback. Great pool just steps out the back door, and a short walk over the dunes to the beach. Perfect layout and location. We were pleasantly surprised. I booked a fishing guide out of PA, and fished redfish bay. We limited out on Reds and caught a near record flounder, then had Castaways cook our catch. Wife/kids were impressed with the dinner; best fish ever! Kids cleaned up shelling on the beach, and captured a live jellyfish and live perwinkles that we kept in a makeshift aquarium on the kitchen counter for our stay. Very cool. :) We're closing on a house on North Padre shortly, but will book this property for guests coming to visit when we overflow. Cheers.

This condo certainly met all our expectations and then some. It's been modernized and it offers an exceptionally clean, bright atmosphere. It's location is ideal----near the water, yet within minutes of any restaurant in town. We'll be back. As an additional plus, the owners are delightful people. We enjoyed our contacts with them while making the rental arrangements.

We had a great time at this location. I have been at several condos in PA and this one is the best so far. Very clean, spacious enough for 4 adults and 3 kids, great updates; only issue we found was we needed more trash bags and paper towels!
