We have just repainted the exterior of our home and redecorated the downstairs living, dining and kitchen. New living room furniture ... sleeper sofa, love seat, recliner and chair. You'll love the new colors!!
This beautifully charming home has a third story loft with trundle beds, as well as three bedrooms; sleeping ten!! Incredible sunrise and sunset views of the gulf and the private 12,000 square-foot swimming pool from the third story sunning decks. There are two master bedrooms: one with a king size bed; the other with a queen. All three bedrooms feature its own deck/porch. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated with its own TV and VCR/DVD player. We also have password-protected hi-speed wifi internet. The living area features hardwood floors with arts and crafts decorations. The kitchen and dining area, open to the living room seats nine for mealtimes.
Our home is directly across the street from the beautifully landscaped 12,000 square-foot swimming pool (only a 20-second walk). This pool has fountains, waterfalls and two bath houses. The gulf is a short three-minute stroll through the palm-lined path or just let the neighborhood beach shuttle carry you and your beach equipment. Just a few minutes' stroll from the newly-constructed Shoppes at the Village (cafe, dining and shopping) or a few minutes' drive to area grocery stores and restaurants. With an enjoyable stroll to the shoppes and dining at Rosemary Beach or a one mile drive to the Tom Fazio designed Camp Creek Golf Club there is always something close by for everyone in the house to do. Of course a 30 minute drive either to Destin or Panama City gives you no shortage of beautiful golf courses from which to choose. Make this a vaction everyone the most enjoyable your family will ever have.

We both grew up just down the coast in Pensacola. After many family vacations, we decided to invest in Seacrest. It is such a beautiful and peaceful place. Anytime we get the chance to sneak down to the gulf from Atlanta, we take the chance.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful time staying here! The home is beautifully decorated, and we instantly felt at home. The location is ideal -- across the street from the stunning community pool and an easy walk to the beach with small kids. The pictures don't do the porches and balconies justice -- nothing was a peaceful as sitting out on the porch rocking chair and enjoying the afternoon and evenings. Our four-year old loved the 3rd floor loft bedroom. We traveled with friends, and the home had plenty of room for both families and three small kids. We love Seacrest and the proximity to both the towns of Rosemary and Alys Beach -- we started each morning biking or walking for coffee or donuts (the kids in particular loved the donut truck and playground in Alys Beach!) before heading to the beach. The owner was really pleasant and helpful. We can't say enough good things about our vacation here!

Our family really enjoyed staying at "It's A Wonderful Life" in Aug 2011. Very Close to the pool. House was very clean. Lots of room for our family of 8. Loved the ocean view from the top floor balcony. Owner was very helpful. We really enjoy Seacrest and can't wait to return soon!

I am returning this summer for my 5th time renting this wonderful home. This house is perfect for a Girl's Week at the beach! Beautifully decorated(Pottery Barn decor) and maintained. Convenient to shops, beach, bike path, restaurants. It's a pleasure to rent from these owners!

We have stayed at Seacrest Beach at least five times, all at different properties...we will definitly return to this house! The house is in the perfect location in the development. Close enough to the beach that a walk is not out of the question with little ones (and LOTS of STUFF), also close in proximity to the pool, yet not close enough to hear any hoopla. The house is very comfortable, and we felt instantly "at home". Rentals are usually a bit too stuffy, or a bit too run down...but this house is "just right". When our thoughts turn to the beach again, we will return to "our beach house" as my little girls lovingly referred to it for the week.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
