This lovely three-story home features a huge waterfront balcony with a walk-around deck. Extra large kitchen. The great view of the Homosassa River can be seen from almost every room. Abundant wildlife at the dock (including manatee and dolphin and wading birds). Fishing would be for fresh or saltwater fish right at the dock. It is a six-mile boat ride on the beautiful Homosassa River to the gulf. There you may catch fish including cobia, redfish, trout, snapper, grouper, and others. Scallop season opens July 1st and is a favorite sport in the area. A short boat trip to the freshwater springs with sand bottom makes for an enjoyable afternoon. Several restaurants nearby are accessible by water.
