Peace and tranquility in a desert landscape is what you will find in this 1,397 square-foot condominium that is located on Nevada's number one golf course, Wolf Creek. From the great room windows, master bedroom windows and the private deck you can enjoy the view of the first hole of this incredible golf course as well as the view of the mountains. This condominium was just acquired and has all new furnishing and appliances.

The condominium can be separated into two units or can be used as one large condominium. There is a locked door that connects the two. The master bedroom in the largest unit has a king bed, a private bathroom with a shower, a large jetted tub and a fireplace. It also has a private exit onto the deck. The great room in this unit has a queen sleeper sofa which sits in front of a fireplace. There is a fully-equipped kitchen and a dining area that will comfortably seat six. There is a full bathroom with a shower off the dining area.

The smaller unit has a bedroom with a queen bed, a queen sleeper sofa in the living area, full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette with a bistro table and chairs. There is a separate entrance for this unit. Features are a TV, small two-burner stove, coffeemaker and microwave.

Mesquite is a growing resort destination in the picturesque Virgin River Valley. It offers nine national parks (including Bryce, Zion and Grand Canyon National Parks), 12 national monuments, six national forests, three national recreations area and many state parks within a days drive. The "big-city" attractions for this small town include 24-hour gaming, fine dining and seven championship golf courses.

This unit is on the third level (accessed by one flight of stairs from the parking lot). Photos of the interior of the condo are available on request.

  • What a outstanding unit and the view of the Wolf Creek Golf course was as much a pleasure to view as to play! Everything needed for our stay was there and the owner had made arrangements to have the temperature just right after a blistering drive from Vegas. The additional bath unit was perfect for 2 couples plus the visits from our family living in another unit. I will definately rent this condo again on another visit to the Mesquite area. Sue was very accomodating and easy to converse with and very responsive to any e-mails I sent. Could not have asked for a better accomodation and owner. Really appreciated the location (on the end) and the privacy!

  • Stayed for 2 nights (June 7-9, 2007). Wonderful views of Wolf Creek Golf Course. Condominium is extremely clean with very comfortable beds. Large master bathroom. Casinos and golf very close by. Smith's supermarket also located within close proximity.

  • What a gorgeous condo to stay in! The view is nothing short of breathtaking and the condo is spectacular! We stayed in February 2007 and would definetely book this condo again. Sue and Mike were fantastic to work with and really have all the amenities in the condo to make you feel at home.
