Cooking utensils, bakeware, flatware, china and servingware are all supplied.
All the comforts you would expect...is just what you will find in our family room and loft. The family room with its oversized sofa and chairs lets you sink into comfort while taking in a movie on the 42 inch TV or listening to music with the surround sound system. While the loft is cozy and inviting with a fireplace and cable TV.
Recreational amenities are just around the corner. Enjoy a lazy afternoon at the pool or play a few sets of tennis. The pool is a five minute walk from the house. A charming gazebo highlights the center of the community. A 24-hour grocery store, coffee bar, retail shops, Green Turtle Pub and five restaurants are all within a short walking distance of the house.
Drive five minutes to Downtown Lewes and see the beautiful Victorian homes. There are quaint shops and fabulous restaurants all along Second Street. The Delaware Bay and the Atlantic Ocean/Cape Henlopen State Park beach facilities are wonderful destinations for a day in the sun.
The house is appointed extremely well. There are bicycles for recreational use on nearby trails. The famous boardwalk in Rehoboth Beach is a ten minute car ride away.
