Summer 2009: $3000/week up to 10 people, Week including July 4th: $3200
Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Years rates--- upon request
Pet fee: $100 per dog non-refundable, One third deposit upon reservation.
Reservations confirmed with deposit as stipulated by owner.Bal. due 60 days
before check in.Cancellations 60 days in advance. Deposit nonrefundable.
Cleaning fee: $200 to be paid with final balance 60 days in advance.
Most rentals based on Saturday afternoon (3pm) to Saturday morning (10:30a)stay.
