Our newly remodeled ground floor unit with direct access to expansive lawns and the shoreline, has been completely remodeled and redecorated with comfortable king-size bed in the master suite, and new furnishings throughout.
A short 1/2 block stroll away you will find one of Maui's undeveloped three-mile beaches perfect for strolling, bird watching, shell collecting, snorkeling, and all water sports. Walk to six restaurants, four convenience stores, Maui's new aquarium, shopping center, and multiple boating activities.

March 1, 2009 Aloha to our guests at Island Sands 107! This feature just became active on VRBO so we are hoping you will leave your comments, favorite places to visit, dine, and just relax for our future guests. We have retired 2 full "in room" guest books over the past 3 years that were packed full of the great memories of our guests. We are now working on book #3 "in-room". We sincerely hope you will enjoy the serenity of Island Sands 107 as much as we do. We are centrally located to make all excursions easy, but off the "beaten path" enough that you can enjoy the peacefulness of Maalaea Bay. Be sure to take the beach walk along the undeveloped 3 miles of white sand that forms Maalaea Bay. Sunrise over Haleakala is spectacular ... don't miss it! An early evening beverage on our ocean front lanai can be equally spectacular. It's a great place to begin the evening's festivities, or just stay put. The great thing is the choice is yours!
