Situated on a private road, this rolling wooded lot in the hills of beautiful Lambert's Cove, this house is the perfect summer and fall, family retreat. In the Main house there are four bedrooms (1, Queen, 2 Doubles, 1 King), living room, kitchen/dining room, and office. The back of the house is wrapped with a 20 by 30 deck, with five-person hot tub. A private deck off the upstairs master bedroom, with outdoor shower overlooking Tarpoline Cove on Naushon Island, a spiral staircase leads down to the back deck. Also there is a front covered porch.
The two bedroom GUEST HOUSE(Double & Queen bed) is located around the brick walk down the stairs. Big deck with enclosed outdoor shower on side. Galley kitchen, dining area, living room, and full bath with Jacuzzi tub.
An island retreat that offers the seclusion and privacy for what Martha's Vineyard is best known, yet requires no sacrifice of the luxuries of home. You will be within a ten to fifteen minute walk to the scenic North Shore Beach of Beautiful Lambert's Cove, perfect for children. Truly an Exceptional Home!

We had a wonderful stay on Martha's Vineyard, and a great deal of it was due to these fine accomodations! Plenty of room for family to spread out, ample privacy for all bedrooms, and especially the cottage. Owner was a phone call/text away, and whenever we needed something, such as firewood for the fire ring, he was able to get us set up. Lots of quiet and privacy, yet stores, shopping, hiking, and beach are all so close! When/if we return to MV as our large family (my wife, daughter, and I, wife's parents, and her four sister's and their husband's) this is where we will stay, no doubt about it!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.
