You are within 400 yards to the most beautiful white sugar sand beach on the Gulf of Mexico, just a short five minute walk or, take advantage of the free shuttle right from your doorstep.
This community is within walking distance to Rosemary Beach with its many restaurants and shops; and is within one mile of the new Tom Fazio designed Camp Creek Golf Course. Nature trails and bike paths surround you, and "Seaside" is just seven miles away. There are rentals for bikes and ocean kayaks just around the corner. Destin and Panama City are only about 20 minutes away.
Located on a private corner lot surrounded by a variety of Palm trees, this is the first time "Palm Palace" has been on the rental program. Cross the inviting front porch and enter into a spacious tiled great room that opens into the dining area and upscale kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is a main level laundry room and a full bath so you can shower off when you come back from the beach or pool.
The second level is comprised of a large master bedroom with a queen-size bed and a luxurious bath with a jetted tub and double sinks. A set of French doors lead to a covered porch with ceiling fans for you to enjoy tropical Gulf breezes. A second bedroom with another queen-size bed offers a full private bath. Both bedrooms include armoires with televisions and DVD player. The third floor consists of a tower room with a wet bar set-up and has bunkbeds that are great fun for the kids. A cocktail deck off of there provides another hideaway to enjoy the sea air. There is ample parking and this is a smoke-free Saturday to Saturday rental.
