Location: Beautiful Lake Berryessa’s north shore in the exclusive Berryessa Pines residential development. Located on a bluff with a 210 degree view of the lake and surrounding Blue Ridge mountains.
Accommodations: Two-story home that sleeps 6 to 10 adults with four bedrooms (king, queen, bunk beds, and a daybed popup trundle), and futon in the living room.
From the comfort of your living room sofa, or sipping your morning coffee from either of the two decks, you will enjoy the peace and tranquility of the spectacular lake and mountain views.
The home has two floors, each with its own kitchen, living room, deck, bathroom, and two bedrooms. Lots of room to visit with many nooks and crannies to get away from the crowd for a moment of peace. Upstairs decks provide a sunny location while the first floor deck is covered and allows you to enjoy the outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
Your house is located a 10-minute walk to the shoreline for some swimming, fishing, or hiking. You can bring your boat, street level parking available, and launch from several nearby marinas. Rental boats and jet-skis are available within two miles at three nearby resorts. Within 35 minutes are several golf courses, wineries, restaurants, and shops of St Helena or Calistoga. For those feeling lucky, the Twin Pines Casino is 45 minutes away over picturesque mountain roads.
After enjoying a nice day on the lake, enjoy a home cooked dinner in the fully equipped kitchen or flipping burgers on the barbecue grills. Perhaps the local Italian restaurant, "Cucina," will catch your fancy.

Cleaning Fee: $150 per stay.
Refundable Security Deposit: $300.
Two-night minimum required, Three- or four-night minimum on Holidays.
Reservations confirmed upon receipt of signed rental agreement, payment of rental/cleaning fees, and security deposit check. |
