Location: Beautiful Lake Berryessa’s north shore in the exclusive Berryessa Pines residential development. Located on a bluff with a 210 degree view of the lake and surrounding Blue Ridge mountains.
Accommodations: Two-story home that sleeps 6 to 10 adults with four bedrooms (king, queen, bunk beds, and a daybed popup trundle), and futon in the living room.
From the comfort of your living room sofa, or sipping your morning coffee from either of the two decks, you will enjoy the peace and tranquility of the spectacular lake and mountain views.
The home has two floors, full kitchen on the second floor, living room, deck, bathroom, and two bedrooms. Lots of room to visit with many nooks and crannies to get away from the crowd for a moment of peace. Upstairs decks provide a sunny location while the first floor deck is covered and allows you to enjoy the outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
Your house is located a 10-minute walk to the shoreline for some swimming, fishing, or hiking.
Bring your boat as street level parking is available and use the launches at Capell Cove or Chaparral Cove (Putah Creek). Rental boats and jet-skis are temporarily not available for rental as the three nearby resorts are being renovated with limited services upon opening.
Within 35 minutes are several golf courses, wineries, restaurants, and the many boutique stores of St Helena or Calistoga. For those feeling lucky, the remodeled Twin Pines Casino is 45 minutes away over picturesque mountain roads.
After enjoying a nice day on the lake, enjoy a home cooked dinner in the fully equipped kitchen or flipping burgers on the barbecue grills. Perhaps the local Italian restaurant, "Cucina," will catch your fancy.

Cleaning Fee: $150 per stay.
Refundable Security Deposit: $300.

Our overall experience was very pleasant from start to finish and the accommodations were really nice (only a few cobwebs here and there). The house consists of two complete apartments on separate levels, which is perfect for two families or a large group. It is clean, bright, and sunny with lots of deck area for viewing the neighborhood, the lake, and the mountains. The beds are really comfortable and the bathrooms on both levels have recently been done over in a sort of Tuscan motif and are very nice. The hot tub, with fresh (no chemicals) water, was a nice bonus. Lake Berryessa is quite remote and there's not much to do there if you're not into boating or fishing. Napa Valley wineries are about 45 minutes away on a very narrow winding road that you probably won't want to drive on too often. We were there at the end of October and had four perfect days of warm sunny weather. We couldn't get over how quiet it was, as most summer residents had gone home. We would recommend this house as a really nice quiet place to "get away from it all". We would definitely go back there.
