There is plenty of room to relax and rejuvinate in this 1,700+ square foot Villa. In October 2007, our unit was completely updated including kitchen appliances, granite countertops, all three bathrooms, paint, tile flooring, stylish furniture and 40" flat screen HDTV. Short walk to Heated Pool, Starbucks, shopping, and the Beach. Enjoy the privacy of the upstairs with dual master suites and laundry. The twin bedroom and full bath downstairs allow additional guests/kids to feel at home. Staying at Beachwalk Villas allows you to vacation in a quaint, peaceful neighborhood, but all the benefits of a large resort property.

Minutes from Baytowne Wharf and huge outlet mall. For those with a
passion for browsing and buying, The Village of Baytowne Wharf
offers everything from resort apparel to cooking lessons to tea
etiquette to many resturants. These shops and boutiques give
shoppers a unique, interactive retail experience.

**Our Villa is Nestled on the Gulf Side / Beach Side of Sandestin just a short walk to the beach, this cozy villa is perfect for a family beach vacation. Clustered into a quaint neighborhood community, Beachwalk Villas are a home away from home. With private drives and patios overlooking a large natural lake where you can fish fifteen yards from our porch. There are fantastic trails for running and biking including views of golf and the bay.

We do not offer the expensive Amenity Card, because it does NOT allow free use of the amenities. Guests must still pay to use them. Golf is still available to everyone.

  • I just returned from my trip from Florida (we took a long drive back through the Blue Ridge Parkway) and wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your unit at Sandestin. The accommodations worked very well and we all had room to spread out. My sister, daughter and nieces just had an outstanding time.Your upgrades were nicely done and really added to the warmth of the place. I had not been to Sandestin in many years and was surprised by how much it had grown - maybe too much. I still prefer the units at Beachwalk - more room, close to the beach and away from the noise and fuss. I just wanted to mention a couple of things - no complaints, just an FYI. We ended up using the twin mattresses that were stored rather than using the pull out couch, but there were no single bed sheets. So you may want to add that to your inventory (we dealt with it by using the large sheets from the couch). The unit was very clean. We also appreciated how easy you made the rental arrangements for us - the keyless entry is really a good idea. Hope you are able to enjoy your place this year. Carol

  • We stayed in this unit in March,2008. We went for a relaxing week and we could not have asked for a better place. Coffee on the patio with the lake view in the morning just started the day off great. The beach is not far, a short walk or drive, and your there. The condo had just been updated and was lovely. Looking forward to our vacation next year at this unit. Thank you for a great week.

  • Had a great time i Sandestin. Greg's condo is a good value and it's just a short trek down to the beach where parking is free and close. The condo is close to Starbucks and on a quiet street. We've stayed at the Tivoli townhomes which are a lot bigger and more expensive, but we'll stay at the Beachwalk Villas from now on. It's a lot cheaper and who really wants to sit around a condo on vacation?

  • Great unit for 2 families. Clean and spacious, my kids loved the bunk room with their own TV. Nice having 3 baths. All furniture including beds appeared new. Very nice view of lake for dinner or breakfast on patio.

  • My husband and I stayed in the condo and we loved it. We had plenty of room and look forward to renting it again and having more family come with use this time. We loved the lake view and getting to the beach was just a nice walk. I really enjoyed the running trails and the proximity of all the nice restaurants. We can't wait to go back.

  • My husband and I recently stayed in this unit in Beachwalk Villas with 2 other couples. Plenty of room, great view of lake. The unit has been recently updated and well taken care of. Great price compared to other units in the area. I would highly recommend this unit.

  • Wonderful, updated and spacious condo in a great location. Everything was very clean and updated. It was great for our family and the kids loved the lake and the close proximity to the beach. We will definitley recommend to friends and family.
