We just spent a week in this unit. We have stayed at Sandestin several times before in different locations but we found this to be our favorite. We loved the privacy and view of our deck and backyard, the convenient parking for unloading groceries, the proximity to the beach and pool, and the great AC! The coded keypad was also great where we didn't have to keep up or share keys. The unit was very clean and spacious. Overall we had a great family time. Thanks Greg.

Great Vacation

We just returned from Sandestin and are looking forward to going back. We enjoyed the pool and walks to the beach. Visited Baytowne Wharf almost every night, and took advantage of the shuttle service. Nice, clean villa in a good location.

Hi Greg: Just want to let you know we had a wonderful stay at your condo last week. Everything was great, and the weather was absolutely beautiful - we couldn't have asked for anything better - we just didn't want to come home. We met your neighbors next door from Alabama - a wonderful couple, and since we are big LSU fans, we had a lot to talk about.

Thanks so much for letting us rent your condo. We had a great time in Sandestin. Close to the beach if we had to run home it was easy. The starbucks would call to us in the morning. Then we would run to the Publix or the Starbucks in Baytowne. The three bathrooms and the washer/dryer made the vacation all the more pleasant. With three grown daughters it can take a while to get my turn. We will definitely try to stay here again. Thanks again for a great week.

I just returned from my trip from Florida (we took a long drive back through the Blue Ridge Parkway) and wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your unit at Sandestin. The accommodations worked very well and we all had room to spread out. My sister, daughter and nieces just had an outstanding time.Your upgrades were nicely done and really added to the warmth of the place. I had not been to Sandestin in many years and was surprised by how much it had grown - maybe too much. I still prefer the units at Beachwalk - more room, close to the beach and away from the noise and fuss. I just wanted to mention a couple of things - no complaints, just an FYI. We ended up using the twin mattresses that were stored rather than using the pull out couch, but there were no single bed sheets. So you may want to add that to your inventory (we dealt with it by using the large sheets from the couch). The unit was very clean. We also appreciated how easy you made the rental arrangements for us - the keyless entry is really a good idea. Hope you are able to enjoy your place this year. Carol

We stayed in this unit in March,2008. We went for a relaxing week and we could not have asked for a better place. Coffee on the patio with the lake view in the morning just started the day off great. The beach is not far, a short walk or drive, and your there. The condo had just been updated and was lovely. Looking forward to our vacation next year at this unit. Thank you for a great week.

Had a great time i Sandestin. Greg's condo is a good value and it's just a short trek down to the beach where parking is free and close. The condo is close to Starbucks and on a quiet street. We've stayed at the Tivoli townhomes which are a lot bigger and more expensive, but we'll stay at the Beachwalk Villas from now on. It's a lot cheaper and who really wants to sit around a condo on vacation?

Great unit for 2 families. Clean and spacious, my kids loved the bunk room with their own TV. Nice having 3 baths. All furniture including beds appeared new. Very nice view of lake for dinner or breakfast on patio.

My husband and I stayed in the condo and we loved it. We had plenty of room and look forward to renting it again and having more family come with use this time. We loved the lake view and getting to the beach was just a nice walk. I really enjoyed the running trails and the proximity of all the nice restaurants. We can't wait to go back.

My husband and I recently stayed in this unit in Beachwalk Villas with 2 other couples. Plenty of room, great view of lake. The unit has been recently updated and well taken care of. Great price compared to other units in the area. I would highly recommend this unit.
