Centrally located in the newest area of Fripp Island near the most popular amenities and best beaches. The Cabana Club, Beach Club, Davis Love playground, crabbing dock, Tennis Center, and Marina are located minutes away by bike or cart.

The exterior combines the low country look with newest architectural features for this spacious, 2300 square foot home. The interior was designed and furnished by an Atlanta designer.

This luxuriously appointed three bedroom and separate sleeping loft, four bath home has an open floor plan with forty foot lofted ceilings in the entry way, a fireplace in the great room, and hardwood flooring in the main living area. The kitchen was designed with the cook in mind and is fully-equipped with high end appliances and a wide range of cookware and service settings.

The washer and dryer are conveniently located near the first floor bedrooms. The kitchen is open to the adjoining great room with an antique dining table for ten. The entertainment area has a fireplace, large flat panel TV and audio system with various board games and books. The master bedroom with king-size bed is on the second level with an entertainment den/loft with a queen-size sleeping sofa.

Two Fripp Club amenity cards are included in the rent. Golf cart is also included. Pets are welcome.

  • We just finished a long weekend at your lovely home with three generations of our family. The baby room is perfect for the grand children and there is plenty of room for the teenagers as well. The guys walk right out the door to the first tee and practices session on the green in the evening. We will be back next year. Thanks for your hospitality.

Everything was as promised and we had friends staying nearby who ended up at the Great Sandtini on the porch or in the kitchen for the week. The location is close to everything with a five minute cart ride to the Beach Club and Veranda Club. Owners are very easy to work with and helpful for our first stay. We have already reserved a week for next year.

  • We stayed here for a week and it was perfect for our two families with the baby room for the grand children and nearby playground and the golf right off the back porch for the guys. Beach was minutes away and six pools to choose from. Furnishings were awesome with TV and DVD in each room for privacy.
