Wonderful house, wonderful location, memorable vacation!!

We have been to Fripp for over a decade, always trying different locations and accommodations as the family has grown up. This year's vacation was the best by far. The house is in a secluded portion behind Ocean Creek Golf Course with quick access to all island points within ten minutes. Great kitchen and dining area with fantastic layout and room for all. No bumping around others trying to make meals. House is well appointed with five star decor and all accessories. Seems like the only thing we forgot was already there (Oreo's in the cookie jar!!). We look forward to returning again SOON (learned where Urgent Care is located unfortunately...)! Our highest compliments to best wishes to the family!! Loved the nature (raccoons, deer, opossum, and the odd gator and snake in the expected places far away).

Just wanted to thank you for letting us spend a week at your beautiful beach house. We had a wonderful time, the baby friendly place was ideal for our 1yr old grand daughter. Our other grandchildren enjoyed camp fripp. It was so nice sitting on the porch in the morning and evenings.

We just finished a long weekend at your lovely home with three generations of our family. The baby room is perfect for the grand children and there is plenty of room for the teenagers as well. The guys walk right out the door to the first tee and practices session on the green in the evening. We will be back next year. Thanks for your hospitality.

The house is beautiful and convenient to everything. My husband enjoyed "his putting green" in the evenings and the house caters to all types of families. We will definitely be back.

The Great Sandtini was all it was advertised to be and our two families enjoyed everything about the place. Plenty of privacy for all. The closeness to the golf course was convenient. It's not every day you can pick up your iced beer as you drive by your house. Mike- Weaverville NC

Everything was as promised and we had friends staying nearby who ended up at the Great Sandtini on the porch or in the kitchen for the week. The location is close to everything with a five minute cart ride to the Beach Club and Veranda Club. Owners are very easy to work with and helpful for our first stay. We have already reserved a week for next year.

We stayed here for a week and it was perfect for our two families with the baby room for the grand children and nearby playground and the golf right off the back porch for the guys. Beach was minutes away and six pools to choose from. Furnishings were awesome with TV and DVD in each room for privacy.

My daughter loved the decor of the black/white and green bedroom and if you know where the bedding came from, she would love to check it out for her room

Your house was absolutely perfect for our group, a great location and beautifully furnished. I hope it is available for renting next year. We are already talking about returning to Fripp for a fourth year and would love to book your house early if you are still renting it out. This place is fantastic in the finished touches and thought put into the furnishings to include the baby changing table and crib. Jimmy liked the location right on the golf course and the golf cart for the beach. We hope to return at the end of the summer for a long weekend if available.
