The entire house is architect designed to be bright and airy with large windows, skylights and a true sense of bringing the outdoors in.
The granite kitchen is open to the living room and is a cook's delight: fully equipped with top of the line appliances, including a stainless SubZero refridgerator, glass cooktop, stainless GE Monogram oven, stainless dishwasher and microwave.
The master bedroom includes a full private bathroom and a working wood-burning fireplace. There are two additional bedrooms and a second full bathroom.
The deck area comes with a stainless gas grill and a large teak dining table and chairs for outdoor dinners.
Adjacent to the deck is an oversized, cedar outdoor shower and a bike station with a small fleet of adult and kid bikes.
Quality bed linens, house and beach towels, cookware, tableware, beach chairs and umbrellas are all provided.
Also included is satellite TV, a stereo, a CD/DVD player and wireless internet. There is also a washer and dryer.
