This villa is located literally on top of the seventeenth green on Turtle Point and is only seconds from the beach and The Sanctuary Hotel. The villa has Maple Hardwood floors, hard surface countertops, 42 inch Plasma TV, high speed internet.
The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed and adjacent full bathroom while the second bedroom has two twin beds and an adjacent full bathroom.
Our villa is a part of the Kiawah Island Resort program which means you will be treated as a guest of the resort giving you access to the Night Heron Pool and Tennis Club Pool. You can also enjoy discounted Greens Fees and all five of Kiawah's Championship Golf Courses, including The Ocean Course.
You will also have preferred access for Reservations to the Resort Restaurants, including The Ocean Room and Jasmine Porch located at The Sanctuary as well as the Spa at The Sanctuary.

What a beautiful villa! It was perfect our family. It had everything we needed. It was very clean and well maintained. The view of the 17th green was breathtaking and perfect for my husband and daughter, the two golfers in our family. Even us non-golfers loved it! We sat on the wonderful deck everyday, watching golfers, listening to sounds of the birds and ocean and watching beautiful sunsets. The screened porch was perfect for morning coffee and evening meals. We saw turtles and alligators and enjoyed golfing, the pool and beach. We have been coming to Kiawah for many years and of all the properties we have stayed at this one was the best by far!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
