This is our favorite place in the world and we're sure you will fall in love with it as well.
Perfectly suited for two or more families, this spacious, 3800 square foot, five bedroom private home is located in the prestigious Solamere area of Deer Valley, Utah.
We invite you to do your homework. Other listings may or may not be "as good as they look" or as close to the slopes. This is not a condo or townhouse. You can find 5 bedroom condos that may be a bit less expensive, but our guests have enjoyed a private home with lot's of room to stretch out and no one to share a common wall with. Our location, less than a mile from Snow Park Lodge at Deer Valley is fantastic. We think it's the best location in Solamere. Check out our guest comments as well. We keep a book at the house and post every comment (all fantastic so far and we plan on keeping it this way). We get up here as often as possible to enjoy it ourselves and to make sure that everything our guests need and expect is here for them. This can be your private house for the ski trip of your dreams. The home features a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counters throughout, pool table/game room, family room, dining room, solarium with private hot tub and panoramic mountain views of the resort. This professionally decorated home includes 5 bedrooms (2 K, 2 Q and 4 twin bunk beds)/four bathrooms that will accommodate up to 12 people with ample room for everyone to stretch out. Fantastic views from the master bedroom, game room and family room. You will enjoy the privacy of this quiet street.
Relax in the private hot tub, enclosed in an indoor solarium with wonderful views of the ski runs at Deer Valley. This home is located just a mile to Deer Valley's Snow Park Lodge and just one and a half miles to historic downtown Main Street in Park City and Park City Mountain resort.
The home has a two-car garage and a shuttle to Snow Park Lodge at Deer Valley. Ski prep room is right off the garage to make transition to apres ski a cinch.
The home will sleep up to 12, with two king-size, two queen-size, and two sets of twin bunk beds. The master bedroom sports a massive walk in closet, separate shower and jacuzzi tub. Free US long distance and wireless internet with printer make this the perfect office-away-from-home. The game room has a beautiful pool table, card table and videos/DVDs that will provide hours of entertainment off the slopes.
The kids will enjoy the fully stocked game closet with board games, puzzles and toys for all ages. If that doesn't do the trick, build a snowman, carve a sled run or just have a family snowball fight in the backyard. There are sleds in the garage for everyone. The only thing you need to bring are your skis and warm clothes. Our 4 kids are non-stop and all the toys are there for fantastic family memories.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
By now we know the people at Deer Valley personally. Several have babysat for us and cared for the kids while we get a night on the town. The DV people treat you fantastic. Free overnight ski and boot storage makes the mornings a lot easier. And the snow is, of course, the best in the world. When we bought our home, our youngest was 3 and he learned to ski on the DV slopes. Now all four kids, from 7-14 ski anywhere on the mountain. What could be better than chasing your kids around the Ski Magazine #1 resort in America.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Because this is our vacation home, we have it stocked for everything you could possibly need. Games, puzzles, videos, and GameCube (if your kids can't live without) are all here. We are less than a mile from Snow Park Lodge at DV. We usually drive because it's that convenient. If that doesn't suit you, we provide free shuttle service to the mountain for our guests.
If you can think of anything we've missed, let us know. We haven't heard anyone needing anything yet!

We live in Southern California but escape to Deer Valley whenever we can. We spend 5-6 weeks with the kids in the summer enjoying mountain biking, hiking and all of the great amenities at Deer Valley. Winter? Well, there's no place better for us. We've skied everywhere in North America and decided, that Deer Valley/Park City has everything...so why go anywhere else.
This is not a rental home. It's our home and you are our guests. We treat our guests like family. Drop in and stay awhile

Beautiful mountain property, conveniently located at an easy 10 min drive from Main Street. Well appointed kitchen and roomy dining area make for cozy staying in and cooking. Yard securly fenced in makes this property dog friendly. Wonderful showers with good flow of hot water. We stayed there with 4 people, but the house is easily large enough for many more with additional bedrooms. Pool table and game room for the kids. Attractive mountain decor throughout, as shown in photos. Easy to book and get in touch with owners. Overall great experience. Recommended dining: Adolph's (authentic European dining, both menu offerings and the service). Located about 15 min from the house.

We have enjoyed your home for five years in a row. It is huge, very comfortable, and easily and comfortably provides lots of room for me, my brother Craig, and all of our kids. We love the play room, TV room, kitchen, storage room, jacuzzi, outside hill, backyard, family dining area, and den. Everyone gets a comfortable bed and privacy, if they want it, as there are so many rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. And how can I forget to mention the toys...lots of them to keep the kids busy, including the pool table, board games, sledding in the backyard with lots of sleds and saucers in the garage, snowball making toys, and more. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to our families, for so many great years. We can't wait to visit again, early in 2010.

Park City all day pass has been a favorite for our 3 boys wearing us out after 7 hours on the hill running from activity to activity. Today was great bike riding and even got some fishing in! Your home has been haven to return to at the end of each day, warm and inviting, casual and relaxing. Thank your for opening up your home to us.

"There's no place like home for the Holidays..." is overrated! We loved spending Christmas in your beautiful mountain home. We had 3 days of great skiing and two days of being "snowed in". We watched movies, built a snowman named Winky, tons of games, cooked and baked together and laughed a lot. We all fit around your big dining table and enjoyed cozy fires in the fireplace. It couldn't have been better.
