This is a new (Dec 2005) three bedroom/two bath condominium in Marbella of Spanish Wells; Marbella is a new community within the established Spanish Wells Country Club. This unit is large with three bedrooms/two baths on the second floor with a screened in lanai overlooking the Spanish Wells golf course (North #3).
The living room has high vaulted ceilings with lots of light from three sides. The living room has large diagonal tile, leather sofas that pull-out as sleepers, and a large dining table for entertaining.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a Tommy Bahama style dark mahogany wood bedroom set. The second bedroom has a king-size bed with lighter wood.
The third bedroom has two twin beds and is decorated with white wicker. There is a large den/office off the third bedroom for overflow guests or office space.
The office has a cable modem for internet access and there is a desk with printer/fax/copier.
There is a heated pool about 30 yards away directly next to our building and there is a larger pool at the country club which is about 300 yards away. The Spanish Wells Country Club membership does transfer to you so there is unlimited use of the golf, tennis, exercise and clubhouse facilities.
The golf course has 27 holes and is more open and playable than most of the new Florida courses. The clubhouse has been rebuilt and opened in Febrauay 2006.
It is a brand new unit and very well furnished with all the necessities. There is good beach access just a few (three to five) minutes down Bonita Beach road.
