This private villa is just a few minutes from the quaint city of Puerto Vallarta but a world away from all the tourists. Why go to Mexico to be surrounded by people from your own country? This private villa gives you an authentic Mexican vacation experience! The villa is located in an exclusive gated residential community. Surrounded by tropical plants and trees, the two story, two bedroom, two bath villa features designer furniture, large windows and traditional Mexican decor. There is more than 1500 square feet of indoor living space and more than 1000 square feet of exquisitely landscaped pool and patio area. The ocean views are spectacular from every room in the villa! Your entrance to the villa is through a large patio with a tiled 15' x 25' private swimming pool with a great ocean view. This level features a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a satellite TV. The main level includes an air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds, a desk and a full bath. On the patio there is a deluxe gas barbecue, table, chairs and outdoor spa / hot tub overlooking the ocean and the town. On the second floor, there is a large air-conditioned master bedroom featuring a king size bed with full bath, satellite TV, sitting area, and balcony that has a marvelous view. If you want to visit the beach you can just walk down the steps or if you prefer to drive it is only a minute away. The beaches at Palo Maria are much nicer than the ones in Puerto Vallarta. Your villa is kept fresh and clean everyday by a visit from a maid, pool cleaner and Gardner. The villa manager is eager to provide you with local insights and tips! Villa Elisa sleeps four adults and does not accept children under the age of 12.
