Dozens of outlet shops are within a minutes drive as are unique boutiques and other interesting shops to visit when you have had too much sun. A fitness center is located on the property. Destin has become famous for its restaurants-both family oriented and upscale for romantic evenings. A covered garage with its own assigned parking space provides added convenience. We think Majestic Sun is the perfect location, its close to the huge outlet shops and great restaurants but away from all the traffic. The beach is beautiful and less crowded than some places.

We have always chosen Destin as our Florida vacation since it was only a small fishing village. The growth in the area is amazing and wonderful. Majestic Sun offered the perfect location to take advantage of the entire area.

Labor Day Weekend stay was very enjoyable. Our family and friends came in throughout the long weekend and we were so comfortable in this condo. Patti has a beautifully decorated place. The end unit offers fabulous views from everywhere in the main living and kitchen areas. The master bath has a huge walk in shower enough for 2 adults. It is very quiet since there is no traffic walking in front of the outside hallway being at the end. Having the two queen beds in the third bedroom is so much nicer than other units with twins or bunks. We ate most of our meals in, however , there were choices within walking distance to eat out if you wanted to. Our doggie loved sitting out on the balcony looking at the view. The boardwalk across the street was fabulous and safe for walking her. The beach was pristine except for some algae in the water towards the end of the day. It was great to see the crowds for the weekend despite all of the hype about the oil leak. Not a drop of oil in sight. We are very thankful to have had a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday weekend with spectacular weather.

My family just returned from a vacation at your condo, it was beautiful with an awesome view. It was very spacious with the convience of bathrooms in every bedroom. The walk to the beach was very short. It was our first expierence renting a condo, but will not be our last. The owner was very nice and helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend this property to my family and friends.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My family and I rented this condo July 3-10, 2010. We shared it with another couple and their baby. We had a great vacation and the condo was great! The condo is decorated very nicely and the layout is very spacious. We had plenty of room and I love that each bedroom has it's own bathroom! The location is excellent... it's right across from the beach! We were within miles of everything... shopping, eating, etc. The indoor and outdoor pool was great! They keep it very clean and they always make sure that only Majestic Sun visitors are at the pool. We could not have picked a better condo. As for the owner, she was great! The whole experience was amazing and we will definitely rent from her in the future!
