We stayed in this condo Jan. and Feb. 2013. I would highly recomend this condo to anyone. There is everything you need in the kitchen, .. the condo was very clean, we really hated to leave. The view is one of the best in the building. We met a lot of very nice people. So if you are looking for a very nice condo look no further, this is the one for you.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.

This place is gorgeous! You gotta see it to believe it. Hands down, the best unit we have ever stayed in. Very clean and Extremely Spacious! Decorated Beautifully! Cozy and Relaxing! Most of our vacation was spent laying out on the balcony & enjoying the breeze from the gulf. We had so much fun enjoying the view that we didnt even want to leave to go and sightsee! The owner was very pleasant and accommodating. We will definitely book this unit again in the near future!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Labor Day Weekend stay was very enjoyable. Our family and friends came in throughout the long weekend and we were so comfortable in this condo. Patti has a beautifully decorated place. The end unit offers fabulous views from everywhere in the main living and kitchen areas. The master bath has a huge walk in shower enough for 2 adults. It is very quiet since there is no traffic walking in front of the outside hallway being at the end. Having the two queen beds in the third bedroom is so much nicer than other units with twins or bunks. We ate most of our meals in, however , there were choices within walking distance to eat out if you wanted to. Our doggie loved sitting out on the balcony looking at the view. The boardwalk across the street was fabulous and safe for walking her. The beach was pristine except for some algae in the water towards the end of the day. It was great to see the crowds for the weekend despite all of the hype about the oil leak. Not a drop of oil in sight. We are very thankful to have had a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday weekend with spectacular weather.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My family just returned from a vacation at your condo, it was beautiful with an awesome view. It was very spacious with the convience of bathrooms in every bedroom. The walk to the beach was very short. It was our first expierence renting a condo, but will not be our last. The owner was very nice and helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend this property to my family and friends.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children.

My family and I rented this condo July 3-10, 2010. We shared it with another couple and their baby. We had a great vacation and the condo was great! The condo is decorated very nicely and the layout is very spacious. We had plenty of room and I love that each bedroom has it's own bathroom! The location is excellent... it's right across from the beach! We were within miles of everything... shopping, eating, etc. The indoor and outdoor pool was great! They keep it very clean and they always make sure that only Majestic Sun visitors are at the pool. We could not have picked a better condo. As for the owner, she was great! The whole experience was amazing and we will definitely rent from her in the future!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

About the owner: We have always chosen Destin as our Florida vacation since it was only a small fishing village. The growth in the area is amazing and wonderful. Majestic Sun offered the perfect location to take advantage of the entire area.

We think Majestic Sun is the perfect location, its close to the huge outlet shops and great restaurants but away from all the traffic. The beach is beautiful and less crowded than some places.
