The Best of the Breakers - Gorgeous 1 bedroom, 1 bath direct ocean front, end unit has been recently renovated. The bedroom has been remodeled to comfortably accommodate a king sized bed and now includes a new flat screen TV.
Listen to the surf from the living area and enjoy Tommy Bahama furnishings that include a queen sized sleeper sofa, glassed topped dining table that seats four and leather topped cocktail table. This room now has another new flat screen TV, with advanced cable, VCR / DVD player and free WI-FI. An oversized sliding glass door provides awesome direct views of the dunes, beach and ocean. A side window and new carpeting makes this space bright and airy.
Off the living area, your balcony, at villa 117, offers the distinction of providing not only direct ocean and beach vistas, but a side view of the complex pool area that includes an adult and children's pool. New patio furniture and all season carpeting make this an outdoor area you are sure to enjoy.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and beautiful black granite countertops. Included are a full sized refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven and coffee maker. Also, Breakers #117 has its own, in unit, washer and dryer. New tiled shower.
The Breakers location is a favorite for hundreds of Hilton Head visitors. The Forest Beach area is known as Hilton Head's downtown offering a wide variety of bars, restaurants, gift shops and grocery stores, all of which are a short walk from The Breakers. Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market and the world famous Java Joe's are directly adjacent to the Breakers. All of this is situated within the natural beauty that is Hilton Head and directly on one of the finest beaches on the east coast.
The Breakers complex is not equipped with elevators, which makes villa #117's raised first floor location ideal. Parking under the complex is limited to 1vehicle pass per villa.
