Come and stay in our southwestern decorated, spacious two bedroom/two bath end unit townhouse which is located between the clubhouse and 9th green of the Canoa Hills Golf Course. Follow the walking path only one block north to the clubhouse to grab a sandwich or play golf, or walk only two blocks south to the Canoa Hills recreation center for swimming and exercise. We are members of GVR. Canoa Hills is an age restricted community. (One person must be 55 years of age or older)
Our newly painted 1560 square foot town house is beautifully furnished with many amenities, including five skylights and seven ceiling fans. A large tiled foyer welcomes you into our home. The tiled country kitchen with two ceiling fans and skylight is spacious enough for six guests while dining.
A full-sized washer and dryer are available in a closet off the kitchen. A one and 1/2 car garage with storage and workbench is located off the kitchen.
The carpeted living room with a gas beehive fireplace has a comfortable conversation area with couch and three rocker/recliners where you can relax to the sound of your favorite CD/AM/FM stereo or watch your favorite DVD and/or cable TV program on the 27 inch television.
Open the sliding glass door in the living room to a very spacious/private walled patio with lemon tree and beautiful vistas, including a gorgeous view of the Santa Rita mountains. There is a brand new Weber 3 burner gas grill for outdoor cooking and a patio table for outdoor dining for six guests. Four additional patio chairs and small tables are available for your use.
The fully furnished master bedroom with queen-sized bed, two dressers, walk-in closet (with skylight) and tiled master bath with shower, has access thru another sliding glass door to the walled patio. Additionally you can watch TV on the 27 inch screen or work at the full sized desk in the bedroom.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, two large chest of drawers and a large closet.
The second tiled bath is next to the second bedroom and allows both showers or tub soaks.
We offer FREE High Speed internet service along with expanded cable TV on all TV's. We also have a computer desk for your use.
