New, clean construction town home with upgrades located in the charming "Sands of Carrabelle" community. This townhome is only two blocks from Highway 98 which leads you to pristine beaches and excellent inland/deep sea fishing!
Our home sits directly over the pool where you will found a gazebo, porch swing, picnic tables, grill, bathrooms, lounge chairs complete with palm trees!
The 1500 square foot home has hardwood floors throughout main living area, large fully stocked kitchen with Corian countertops, pots, dishwasher, ice maker, stove etc.
There is a large master bathroom, two decks- one of which overlooks the pool and one large deck with entrance from the master bedroom and family room.
If you are bringing a boat, up to 11' of clearance under the spacious covered carport. There are two full service marinas within a few miles of the home.
Carrabelle beach is less than 3 miles from the house. There are several restuants within Carrbelle too.
This three bedroom home sleeps six (two queens and a set of twins). This property is available with a two night minimum anytime of the year.

We rented this condo for a family spring break vacation and could not have been happier. The condo was larger than expected and was well equipped for a family vacation. As mentioned in another review the beds were quite comfortable (which is rare in our families' rental experience). Also the pool was fantastic and provided many hours of fun for the kids. We made nearly every meal at the condo and were pleased with the kitchen amenities available for use. With an excellent boat ramp right around the corner and enough room to park a 24 ft boat and 3 vehicles under the condo, family trips across the bay to Dog Island were a breeze. Trips to St. George Island State Park and to Apalachicola for their Art Festival and wine tasting were also short trips from Carrabelle. For Apalachicola dining I would highly recommend "That Place Off 98" where we had fantastic service and a great meal. Based on our experience renting vacation homes from Alligator Point to St. George Island, everyone agreed this was an exceptional deal. We look forward to renting again this summer.

We enjoyed our stay- and were surprised by how nice and large the home was. There was satellite TV, a DVD player, stereo, comfortable beds and plenty of dishes and pots to cook our meals. Very close to pool and will book again!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Overall, the property met our needs but lacked some of our wants.It was listed that it had Cable/Satellite TV but when we arrived the Dish box was not working, with kids we really needed some cartoon distraction time. Also, there was not a lot of cookware in the kitchen. Our family loves to cook and we struggled with the pot/pan selection or lack there of. We really enjoyed the close proximity to the swimming pool and the location of the property but that is about all.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children.

Our family stayed here last year for Memorial weekend. The place was so nice, we loved it. The kids enjoyed the pool. We will definately plan another trip again. Thanks for a great place to stay!
