Accommodation: There are eight beds in five bedrooms, a dining room, and a family room continuous with the kitchen breakfast room. All rooms are fitted with cable TV. Outside is a generous pool deck surrounding a large 30 foot by 15 foot swimming pool to relax in after a day at the parks. Part of the deck is roofed over to provide shade if you should need it. In the evening, enjoy a drink by the pool, watching the sun go down and the evening wildlife come out from the nearby lake. Or head off to one of the many great restaurants located nearby... or go back to Disney for the evening firework display!
The house has air conditioning and central heating, in over 2300 square feet of living area. Therefore all the rooms are generous. The lounge has luxurious sofas and arm chairs and its own 32 inch TV, DVD, radio, and CD player. There is also a selection of DVDs, CDs, books, and games suitable for all ages available. All the TVs in the house (six in all) are equipped with AV sockets at the front for easy connection to video games, etc. There are over 100 channels available including BBC America and ESPN and Fox Sports for European football. The large very well equipped kitchen area with its own table and chairs opens on to the family room and has its own breakfast table and chairs. There is a separate area with a washing machine and tumble drier. The formal dining area has a large glass topped table that will easily seat six if you chose to eat inside instead of out doors on the patio.
Downstairs has an en-suite master bedroom with king bed, and the second bedroom has twin beds and its own bathroom, with a shower suitable for someone with mobility problems (fitted handrails and an integral seat). Upstairs there is a second en-suite master bedroom with a queen bed, and bedrooms #4 and #5 both have twin beds and share a bathroom. All the bedrooms have their own TVs. The Mickey Mouse room has the PlayStation II set up with a selection of games, although the Playstation can be used in any of the rooms. All the bathrooms have showers. Cots are available on request and bedding is provided in the house. There is a high chair and stroller available.
THere is high speed wireless internet access available. The house is also alarmed for extra security.
The pool area, as well as having the large pool also has a spa to ease those aching feet after those tiring days in the parks. Pool heating is available on request. The south facing aspect ensures you can enjoy the afternoon sun and top up that tan. The pool is not overlooked from the rear. The patio table seats six with sun-loungers available for those wishing to continue sunbathing. Families with young children need not worry about pool safety -there is a secure pool fence to prevent accidents.

Why the Owner Chose Silver Creek
I am a keen golfer, so to have so many golf courses so close to us is like being in seventh heaven! For anyone who is keen on fishing, that is available in the Silver Creek ponds.
It is also close to the restaurants on both H27 and H192 with a super takeaway pizza place just 1 mile from us - when we don't fancy eating out.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa Home
We have an extended decking area around our south facing large pool. It is perfect for a relaxing drink in the evening whilst watching some of the stunning sunset we get here.
We are just 400 yards from a great children play area with swings and slides, which is great for young children. We have foosball and air hockey for everyone else!

Edith and I chose this beautiful location to buy our holiday home as it combines the convenience of being so close to the Disney attractions (just 10 miles) with a picturesque and tranquil location, which is Silver Creek. This development borders onto a conservation area and is the perfect place to come home to after a day at the parks. Our grand children simply love it.
