The Bedroom Arrangements:
Master room has a king(top floor)Guest room on top floor has a Queen / a large bath with a huge shower as well as a spa tub and steam sauna. Every room has Ocean Views.

The Bottom floor:one queen in the back room one queen in front room
The Bonus room:
The garage is converted into a bedroom with a kitchen and bathroom There is a queen in there too. Hope that helps and yes we can accomodate you all!
The owner has some extra Twin size bed for smaller children as well as a crib. In all to sleep 16 people in beds and one or two on the couch. All levels have decks with Ocean Views. The top floor deck is very large and is perfect for sunbathing. Gorgeous bamboo flooring throughout.
And the detached unit has a kitchen, bathroom with a shower, along with gymnastic mats and a fun room. There are two more bedrooms on the Main floor each room has a queen bed.

Playing a game of pool
VRBO Bear stayed here - 03/19/2009 Upon entering this beautiful home, I was greeted by amazing ocean views off the spacious main living area. The warm breeze flowed through the entire house. With three different levels, this home was perfect for multiple families traveling together. Throughout the home, the large windows and sliding glass doors offered a beautiful ocean view from every room.
The large master suite had a wall of windows and opened up to a large patio deck where we enjoyed the views and sounds of the ocean. The suite also contained a beautiful pool table that provided hours of entertainment. The very large master bathroom included a luxurious spa tub, an oversized shower with six shower heads, and a steam sauna. It was perfect after a nice relaxing day at the beach!
Laguna Beach offered many opportunities for shopping, dining, visiting art galleries and much more. In town, my friends and I enjoyed a fantastic meal at The Crab Zone, which served the most delicious crab cakes we had ever tasted! It was just one of the many restaurants this friendly town had to offer.
We had an amazing time and will not forget this wonderful trip!
