Welcome to 207 Breakers! This is a super clean, adorable and family-friendly unit with updated laundry facilities, fully equipped kitchen, and cable television in the family room and bedroom. The bedroom has a new Queen sized bed, and the there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, stove, good sized refrigerator, and all the appliances you need. This Breakers unit is on the second floor, close to the pool, and has a side view of the ocean from the balcony.
The Breakers is located in the very heart of family friendly North Forest Beach. What some have called the best stretch of beach on the Atlantic Ocean is seconds from your front door, and Coligy Plaza is right across the street, literally a one minute walk the other way. Coligny Plaza is essentially the town center of Forest Beach, with casual and upscale dining, ice cream parlors, clothing and recreation shops, and even a Piggly Wiggly for groceries. There is convenient covered parking at Breakers, but you many people find that a car is not necessary in this excellent walk-to-everything location.
Also within walking distance are numerous bike rental shops. Hilton Head is famous for its bike friendly beaches, and for its beautiful and extensive bike trails. A bike trail that will take you almost everywhere you want to go on the island is a few steps or pedals away from the Breakers Complex.
The oceanfront pool makes it easy to jump from ocean to pool, and then back to the condo for lunch, or across the street for lunch, dinner, shopping, or ice cream and a movie! This is simply one of the most carefree and beautiful vacation spots around. Come and be part of our home away from home.

We stayed at George's condo and it had everything a perrson needs for a great vacation. The bed was the most comfortable bed that I have slept on (other than mine) the A.C. kept the condo nice and cool even though it was in the high nineties outside. Condo was super clean and had no musty smell what-so-ever ( a problem at some other units I have stayed at). Location is incredible, everything is in walking distance. Oh yea, there is an ocean and one of the most incredible beaches right out the door too. Will definatly be back

We returned to George's unit for the second time this July, and I have to say that this unit is clean and comfortable and has what you need for a good vacation! The price is hard to beat, and George is pleasant and easy to work with. The mattress is one of the best I have experienced in a rental condo, which I am pleased with! Great AC kept us nice and cool. And one of the best things was, it didn't have any odor of previous smoking, which I am very sensitive to! There were also beach chairs and a float included. Nice affordable beachfront condo! We will be coming back soon! Always a great vacation! Thanks, George!
