Enjoy your stay in this exclusive gated community. There is a large outdoor pool, walking and jogging paths, interactive fountain for the kids, crabbing and fishing pier and three private beaches on Sunset Island. Located on the island is a general store, clubhouse, fitness center, indoor pool. You can enjoy "Happy Hour" at the pool bar and grill that overlooks both the pool and bay for great sunset views. The food and bar service is available during pool hours. There is a two block walk to the beach. Did you know? The Washington Post (06/05/05) "rated 65th and 75th Streets the BEST stretch of beach in Ocean City."

Our townhouse has great bay and sunset views. It features three decks on the front of the house with a private balcony on the fourth floor. The first floor features a private den with doors and has a queen sleeper sofa. This can be the fifth bedroom or play area for the kids. A full bath with shower is located on this floor across from the den. A separate laundry room containing a standard washer and dryer are located on this floor as well.

The second floor consists of the living room with queen sleep sofa and ceiling fan, kitchen and morning room. Relax in any of these rooms after a long day at the beach. There is a door to the second floor deck off of the living room. The kitchen area features a large table to enjoy your family meals. The kitchen features a double oven, cook-top range, microwave, and a large side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and water dispenser. The kitchen features an island with granite tops throughout. A separate powder room is located on this floor as well.

The third floor brings you to two separate bedrooms one with a queen bed. The other containing bunk beds with twin over full bed. Both rooms have separate doors that will take you to another deck overlooking the bay. A full bath with shower and tub are on this floor as well. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a large walk-in closet, and ceiling fan. Also, this room has a separate master bath, with soaking tub, two separate sinks, a glass enclosed shower and private area with a door and toilet.

The fourth floor features a second master bedroom with a king-size bed, ceiling fan, and a separate full bath. A fourth balcony is located off the bedroom via sliding glass door.

An enclosed outdoor shower is right off the two-car garage in the back of the unit.
