We are offering our family condo. It is a simple unit with two bedrooms, two baths a living-dining area and full kitchen. One of Naples oldest and smaller condominiums (12 units), this first floor unit has its own patio in a landscaped lanai. One bedroom offers a queen-size bed, the second has two twin beds and there's a cot for a fifth guest.

The complex is within walking distance to grocery, shopping and restaurants, while three easy blocks to the Gulf. Our guests enjoy privileges at the private Moorings Beach on Gulf Shore Boulevard. The white sand and gentle surf make the beach a perfect place for sunning, picnicking and snorkeling.

Enjoy the ambience in the #1 Arts Community in America. Naples enjoys a world-class downtown shopping and restaurant district on the Gulf and it's all easily accessible by bike or car. Life is easy here, but if you like fishing or water sports, you can find them all. Close to great birding and nature preserves.

PLEASE NOTE: 1. This is not a glamorous apartment - it is basic and reasonable. 2. This association requires references and has a one month minimum rental. You can stay a shorter time, but must agree to take the unit for minimum month rental period.
