"Conch Out Inn" is a new home recently completed in November of 2005. It is located in beautiful Seacrest Beach, several hundred feet from the Gulf of Mexico just north of 30-A between Rosemary Beach and Seaside. The address is 11 Beach Bike Way - on the corner of Cobia and Beach Bike. You will immediately be struck by the "castle like" construction which makes this home unique to our development. Beautiful landscaping and lush palm trees surround both sides of this large corner lot.
Our wrap around deck comes adorned with four separate ceiling fans and a screened in porch - perfect for dining outdoors! Want a more spectacular view, just head up to the tower room where you have two additional decks, both with Gulf views and ceiling fans for those hot summer nights. Relax inside the tower room with a cool drink at the bar and watch the sun set or choose from any one of the hundred viewing channels provided by our Direct TV satellite system.
On the first floor, we have a spacious living room with sleeper sofa, TV with dvd player, comfortable dining area and a large, fully equipped stainless steel kitchen, with separate breakfast island and center island ice maker. Huge, walk-in laundry room, half-bath, and large bedroom with king-size bed, private bath, and private patio. The second floor contains the master bedroom with queen-size bed, TV with DVD, and private patio. Large master bathroom complete with garden tub, two sinks and huge shower. Also, on this floor is a kids bunk room with two sets of bunk beds and TV and jack-n-jill bathroom. Also on the second floor is another bedroom with queen-size bed and jack-n-jill bathroom. The third floor tower room is furnished with full-size futon, bar, TV, and two patios with scenic views of the Gulf and Seacrest community. Hardwood floors throughout common areas, tile in kitchen and bathrooms and carpet in the bedrooms. All bedrooms come with huge walk-in closets. There is beautiful beach decor throughout the house and patio furniture located on all the decks.
For the younger growing family like ours, we have provided you with many of the conveniences of home to avoid lugging all those extra bulky items around. You will find a new pack n' play, hi-chair, radio flyer wagon, tricycle, three kid sized bikes and toys. We also have tons of board games, DVDs and books to choose from for the older crowd.
Our home is fitted with all the amenities a large group, family or multiple families could ask for. Our home is conveniently located on a large corner lot, directly behind Seacrest Beach shops and restaurants. Camp Creek golf course is only a couple miles away. Within easy walking distance to all the sites of Seacrest Beach, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and the Gulf. Not in the mood to walk to the beach? Just call for a free tram service to pick you up at your door. Also, our home is only a block away from a 12,000 square foot pool! Come and enjoy! |
