A great location
Me and my family enjoyed a lot our stay in the Grosvenor apartment: - it is perfectly situated - 10mn from Westminster and only a 3mn walk is needed to go to St James metro station - it is a very comfortable place, the apartment is great Nevertheless, I have two negative points to address: - the ckeck-in: on the website + letter sent by email, it was told that somebody would welcome us on our arrival. After following the instructions and two calls to the arrival center, I was finally told that nobody could come so we would have to enter thanks to codes that were given on the phone. Please: if you tell that somebody welcomes us for our arrivals, make sure that it does happen so. For the price we pay, we do expect the best. - there were not enough dishes (3 cups for 4 people, very few forks...). Please make sure that the apartment is fully serviced. But apart from these two comments, it was a great experience staying there! Thank you!

We loved the location of the apartment, it was so close to St James Park, Buckingham Palace, the city and a tube stop was just a cross the road making the rest of the city very accessible. The apartment was well appointed for a family of 4 with teenage children with washing facilities, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining, lounge and bathroom. It was well presented and clean.

Brilliant Westminster location
We spent 5 days in the 2 bedroom Grosvenor apartments in Strutton Ground Westminster. It was a fabulous base for the London sites, only 1min walk to the bus or 2min to St James's tube and less than 10mins to walk to Westminster abbey. Sometimes what you save in staying further out costs you so much more in time and fares, we were very happy with this location. Apartment sleeps 5, with a queen bed in each room + rollaway single in the 2nd bedroom. Strutton Ground is a nice street, with well stocked convenience store for supplies only a few doors away. The washer/dryer was invaluable on a family holiday, although doesn't completely dry clothes but there is also a clothes airer provided which is handy. Main downside was that noise from the street below is incredibly clear to hear through the night. Our first night was a Sat night,we were on the 3rd floor but there's a pub opposite and I could perfectly hear conversations being had in the street below - and my goodness, high heeled shoes walking along those cobblestones sound like gunshots at 2am! At least it didn't happen every night, and it didn't disturb any of the kids, just hubby & I. I would still stay there again for the location and facilities, but double glazing would be a huge improvement - or failing that, earplugs.

We stayed for one mweek at this very nice apartment Location is outstanding, walking distance to most of the mayor atractions furthermore, the tube is at 150mts walkig, litery 3 min, Victoria coach and train stations are at 10 min walk. Buckingham is 15 min, can not ask for more apartment is very basic, but has al you need, my only complaint is that we were onky provided with a small soap nd shampoo gon for one person for 3-5 days, so we bought them. One problems is that on March 17, the supermarket close to the apartment, aprox 2-3 blocks from it closed for good, i did not see any other major supermarkets inthe area, this was a Sainsbury, the other is much smaler and aprox 7 blocks from trh apartment. Tha bakery located at 10-15 steps from the building is fantastic for pastries and warm french bread, very sheap too. Last, the rate is unbeatable, and the cvompany is reliable, we had a proble with a brake, and I recieved a call back in 5 min to fix it, great great service. Is impersonal, you do not see any body checking in or out, but you do not need anybody. Highly recommended

Very pleased with the apartment and location. It was comfortable and spacious and is very close to St James's Park tube station. Shops and restaurants nearby and a great coffee cart outside (Mon-Fri). Makes a nice change or break to hotels.

Excellent location, quiet area, brand new kitchen equipment, spotless clean and with all the commodities. Ideal for families with children or for 4 adults. We stayed in the apartment on the 2nd floor and although the stairs are easy I would like to point out, for people with disabilities, that there is no lift. I definitely recomend it and will be booking again next time I go to London.

Perfect combination of great location, great value
It would be difficult to find a better place for a family of four to stay at this price point. Within walking distance to many London attractions, and a tube stop a few blocks away to get to all the others. The street the apartment is located on offered a wonderful outdoor coffee kiosk each morning, has a bakery, two pubs, and three sandwich shops. Several sit down restaurants are also nearby.
